Good value for money. Study the area well to know where it is safe to travel on foot.

Good location for being close to Durban's Promenade. Hotel is secured well, including parking. Staff are friendly. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. I stayed here for the Ironman Durban, and it was a good location and good price. The breakfast was good.

The area is not 100% safe on foot at night. Do not stay out after dark when on foot. Rather take a car/uber. The walls of the rooms are very thin. This causes noise to travel everywhere. Rowdy guests might keep you up at night. My room key card "deprogrammed" a few times, but reception sorted it out

It okay... The two staff members Ndumiso and Murphy made it pleasant but in all everybody was helpfu

Location is fine... Breakfast exceptional... The staff exceptional especially Ndumiso at the front desk and Murphy at the dining area

The room I booked wasn't what I expected even if it's for two people it must be made clear that not rooms have self catering equipment had to request for a fridge and cz wasn't comfortable just sitting on the bed had to request an upgrade to a room with a couch

Ate supper there - food was very minimal. Lots of empty dishes. Wors and pap, chakalaka and corn. No vegetables. No bread. No fruit. No tea and coffee. No dessert choice. Diners had to ask for more custard. Felt it was really expensive at R220 per head when compared with other establishments. Disappointing.

Overall our stay was perfect

Staff from booking in on day to the servers staff at the breakfast they were very good and friendly.

The system of the lights with the card was not on, I did not like it.

Comfortable bed and room

room cleaning staff put her language program playing on TV every where I had it switched off and changed the air con setting for what she wanted when she visited the room. Makes it feel very intrusive whereas good cleaning staff should not be seen.

I didn't like one thing that we didn't braai our meat as we brought it we just go back with lot of meat and we didn't have a fridge to put it....cos we didn't know that we won't get fridge or microwave

Very nice hotel for a one or two night stay. The staff and management are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the bedroom that we were given reeked of stale cigarette smoke. There were a lot of people at the hotel and the space where they had the buffet breakfast was very small. This created a huge problem for everyone when trying to dish up. For example the toaster was in the corner close to the where they were cooking the eggs and people were trying to get to toast their bread with others standing at the toaster in the queue for their eggs. They also only had one staff member doing the eggs which slowed the process down.
