Beds are comfortable, linen clean and smelt fresh
The cleaning lady wakes me up at 8 to clean. Even though I told her 10 minutes, she insisted I open for her to fetch towels,
4.1
The rooms were clean and the staff members were very friendly and willing to assist when ever I had a question.loved the view to the sea
There was disturbing noise of Aircon from the store room making it very difficult to sleep
4.1
The rooms are comfortable and spacious especially with separate living room and kitchen. The views are stunning.
The seems to be a reduction in staff and so they are not very responsive.
4.1
I liked that we where right by the beach and secondly the price was competitive for a 1 bed unit.
I did not like the following;
1.The tvs are too small. In 2023 a hotel cannot have 32 inch tvs that have poor image quality
2.The TV bouquet is very very limited and needs a better package
3. Furniture like the dining need updating
4. The shower is not suited for a big guy. Only my wife could fit n I fear how I would have managed considering I had a non refundable payment but luckily the tub was available. Most hotels these days have large showers have a look into that to get into the modern times
5. The beds are small and the springs in the middle where finished to the point that we kept sliding to the middle with my wife.
6. The issue of staff knocking once and then entering with their key card is a bit disrespectful. They must wait till one says come in or let them wait for the guest to open.
7. The door lock did not work and we did not feel 100% safe at night considering thr high volume of traffic that the hotel experiences.

Breakfast can improve with variety
Menu is the same as from 2017.
Nothing different and barely any seasoning in there foods.

Nice to have the access to a spa facility and close to the beach.
The hotel is getting quite dated and needs some maintenance. The first room I was in, the phone didn't work and the aircon was so noisy I got moved. The second room the TV didn't work and the phone also didn't work. There was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke coming through the vents. I tried to call reception but couldn't use the broken phone. When I tried to dial on my cellphone no one answered and so I couldn't book with the spa.

Well appointed room and friendly staff. Good secure parking area and lovely facilities at the hotel. Numerous plugpoints in the room which makes charging electronics very convenient. I will definitely be back for another overnight stay!
The aircon was leaking but the weather has been so humid recently. The little bar fridge is quite small. Room has no hairdryer but it can be requested.
4.1
close to the beach
When checking out, you have to wait 20 minutes while housekeeping is checking for ‘missing items’….not cool. This lady was accused of stealing a towel….but did we take stock of items on arrival. Total turn off ☹️

The setup was splendid, the staff was nice to us always willing to help us.
The food was bad...my toilet door couldn't open from inside...my partner had to help me open it.

Firstly when we checked in there was a mix up with the room number. We waited for about 30 min and eventually were checked in a room that was just painted. The smell of paint was very bad. The breakfast was bad.. ordering from the menu .
The check in must start from 14h00 and not 15h00
4.1
Comfortable stay with a good location aswel as most amneties needed.
The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Maybe adding a few more useful utensils to the kitchen would be great.

The Apartment was really nice The staff was friendly and welcoming
The food isn't that great at times
4.1
good humility of staff.
nothing at all.
4.1
Modern furnishings, good view out over the beach and sea. Comfortable linen.
Room too small and bed too small for 4*. All the corridors are tight too. Tap broken.
4.1
Ocean view
Screen doors would lock, were forced to move rooms half way through our stay, bed and floors were terribly dirty (as per photo) in the second room, no variety in menu between breakfast, lunch and dinner, nothing fresh on menu, manager not willing to talk to us despite several attempts on our part to contact him.

nothing
