Overall id give our stay an 8.5/10 would have been a 9 if our shower wasnt so

It was close to the central station and all the main shopping/tourist areas so we didnt have to walk far. The staff were amazing, patient and helpful and always open to answering questions. The hotel felt expensive and was spotless. The aesthetic made us feel really welcome but fancy. The outdoor sitting area was a nice place to read on hot days. The soundproofing of rooms was excellent, we only ever heard the odd church bell or tram ding despite being near a busy shopping district. The hotel is right on the same street as many very nice restauraunts of all different kinds. The little touches to the aesthetic to do with writing were fun and emmersive and made the experience very unique

For the price we pay, it would have been nice if the smart TVs had the netflix and youtube apps available to use instead of regular news channels. The shower in our room (511) seemed to be missing a door, the shower hose nozzle was loose and squirted everywhere. Without a door water would go everywhere during showers it was very dangerous as it became very slippery when the room was wet and steamy so mats would have helped. If the showers dont usually have doors then as suggested they should. The towels werent of terrible quality but they were not very soft either. Likewise some of the doors on cabinets squeaked. Another issue was that cleaning staff would randomly start vaccuming outside our door anywhere between 6pm and 9pm. When you are trying to sleep or relax its very off putting.

Schönes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Stadt

Sehr schönes Hotel mit durchdachtem Konzept. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist toll für gekaufte Getränke. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Die Kopfkissen sind etwas dick, ansonsten ein super bequemes Bett in dem man Morgens wieder ausgeruht aufwacht. Frühstück ist zu teuer mit 28€ pro Person

Meget god service, men klaustrofobisk utsikt fra rommet

Meget hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Beliggenhet, kort avstand fra Jernbanen. Kjøleskap på rommet.

Elendig utsikt: så direkte mot grå murvegg og skittent vindu ca en meters avstand. Ga en slags klaustrofobisk følelse. Badet var merkelig innredet, som en slags kjøkkenbenk?

Hotel super gelegen, sauber, aber kein Stauraum im Doppelzimmer

Sehr sauber, freundlich und die Stadt ist äusserst faszinierend. Ausgangspunkt sehr zentral zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Zimmer war doch sehr eng für 2 Erwachsene Personen. Auspacken nicht möglich da nur ein Einbauschrank für Jacken und evt Pullover. Keine Ablagen. Gibt auch keine Nische um das Gepäck ordentlich zu verstauen. Aber war auch das Einzige, dass man beanstanden kann.

L'emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, l'équipement, la température ambiante, le peignoir, les pantoufles et le confort du lit

L'oublie de certaines serviettes et la propreté suivant les jours et le personnel. A la réception, il peut arriver que l'on soit en contact avec une personne arrogante.

Gute Lage, aber viel zu teuer

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alle Ziele in der Stadt können gut erreicht werden. Vom Bahnhof aus ist das Hotel zu Fuß möglich.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und eher durchschnittlich ausgestattet. Bei dem hohen Preis kann man, auch im teuren Amsterdam, deutlich mehr erwarten.

Séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de la gare et de la Place centrale.

L'aménagement intérieur est très beau et génial! Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bons.

Enjoyable, comfortable, well located, few niggles though they did not ruin the trip overall.

The location of the hotel was excellent (just a 7 minute walk from the main train station) although currently the road outside is under construction and there is rubbish strewn everywhere which is a shame. The beds were extremely comfortable and though the room was fairly small, this was expected, the room had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay; opening window, coffee machine and good shower with toiletries. The breakfast was excellent - lots of quality food and drink choices and the drinks in the bar were good too, the bar staff were fantastic and make a top notch Negroni.

We found some of the staff to be excellent, helpful and very friendly though a couple not so much which was disappointing, also the card swipe on arrival did not allow for us to have drinks in the bar and charge to the room which though not a real problem would have been more convenient if this process worked correctly. Also I had emailed the hotel in advance to make a reservation for dinner which was not replied to and when we tried to book were told the restaurant was full both weekend nights, although we were able to take a late table thankfully, response to in advance emails would be appreciated or at least not to be made to feel bad for asking the question.

Superb staff, great location, inedible food except for a fab breakfast!

The hotel's location is perfect - close to all the main transport links. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty on offer. Every member of staff I came into contact with were just delightful. They were warm and welcoming which was a huge positive as in many places I've stayed you feel like an interference in their day.

Lunch and dinner menus were very limited in addition to which I found my food pretty inedible, particularly at dinner. The bar was also shut early on the two evenings I stayed which I've not experienced previously so just be aware of this. The window in the room (428) was tiny and unable to be opened, so be aware in case this wouldn't be suitable for you.

Excellent all round hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic position. 10 minute walk from the Centraal Train station, and a few minutes walk to either Dam Square and also to the beautiful Jordaan district. The staff on arrival were brilliant and could not do enough for us. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and cocktail bars nearby. The room was impeccable, clean with a really nice feel to it. Staff had made the room extra special for my wife’s 40th birthday.

Stayed for a quick few days en route to another place . Met our intent, too small for lengthy stay.

The location was great, the hotel decor was nice, easy to reach by tram. The staff was great, gave us suggestions for activities, places to visit, very outgoing.

The room was very small and there was construction immediately in front of the hotel which caused baggage movement to be a challenge from the nearest tram stop.
