Best airport hotel I've stayed at, and I travel for a living

I don't know where to start, I loved this hotel so much. I was here, like many guests, because of a canceled flight, and the hotel provided not only exceptional service and delicious food, but the place was immaculate, and the rooms were sizable, modern, and chic. For an airport hotel, I was blown away. Don't skip breakfast if it's in your budget and you are hungry; it's 30+ euros, but it's amazing. If you just want a coffee, head over the bridge into the airport.

Comfortable stay at Amsterdam airport

Excellent hotel practically at the terminal. Very easy to reach. Luxurious atmosphere. Very good complimentary toiletries. Good view to the airport. Spacious room and nice furniture. The electric kettle in the wardrobe was a creative idea and cute but a coffee machine would be better.

The price is quite high although for this location there was nothing cheaper. The mini bar option at the lobby area was a good idea but the variety of salty things was very limited. Perhaps, sandwiches and salthy sticks could be added. Also, the fresh fruits were only green apples. I would appreciate also red apples, oranges, mandarines, and/or bananas. Complimentary slippers and shoe-cleaning tissues would be nice additions to the room.

Zeer teleurgesteld

De duty manager dwong de ons tot het betalen van €50,- borg op straffe van het annuleren van onze reservering. In de boekingsvoorwaarde was geen sprake van een borg. Op de website is sprake van €65,- maar dat was volgens hem niet meer van toepassing. Ook zou de toeristen belasting betaald worden uit de borg maar die was al tijdens de boeking voldaan. Wat een arrogante dwingende houding om een creditcard afschrift te verkrijgen! Schande!

Mijn vrouw kreeg eerst geen toegang tot de kamer omdat zij niet dezelfde achternaam draagt; de manager bleef hangen in beleid daaromtrent ipv het constructief meedenken in het zoeken naar een oplossing voor een verificatie.

Very short stay, but really good!!

Rooms spacious and comfortable. You can cast to the TV, which is always appreciated! If you have an early flight like us (5AM), it is a very nice place to spend the night, since it is inside the airport and took us 5 minutes to reach the baggage drop area.

Very convenient accommodation when traveling from Schiphol Airport

Very convenient to stay over at the hotel when you have an early flight the next morning. Facilities are very clean and staff is very friendly.

It is very expensive to stay there when your exchange rate is R20 for one Euro.

Väljer nog ett annat hotell nästa gång

Det bästa med det här hotellet är att det ligger så nära själva flyget. Man går lätt dit på 5-10 minuter utan att behöva gå utomhus. Jag fick också en tandborstset gratis eftersom jag förlorat mitt bagage. Sängen var komfortabel. Badrummet stort men helt ordinärt. Deras produkter var dock väldigt bra (duschkräm, schampo, conditioner). Frukosten var helt tillräcklig men bara vad man kan förvänta sig av ett större hotell.

För att vara ett ganska dyrt hotell med hög standard kring sitt varumärke var det verkligen en besvikelse. Rummet var förvisso stort men ingalunda lyxigt. I mitt tycke mycket fult med hemsk matta och stengolv. Inte ens ett kylskåp (med drycker). Det fanns dock kaffe- och tekokarmöjligheter. Belysningen var i det närmast obegriplig hur den fungerade. Instruktioner tack! Jag hade bokat ett rum med tillgång till deras Club lounge eftersom det var sent och jag ville ha lite att äta och dricka. Dock visade det sig att detta stängde kl 23?! Detta framgick inte alls av min bokning. Och det berättades inte heller vid incheckningen. Oerhört fräckt att de tog betalt för detta trots att jag inte kunde använda Club loungen.

Convenient, easy, all comforts available, nice professional staff.

20 min from Amsterdam Central with train, but without the hassle of carrying your baggage through the centre. Train station 5 min walk at maximum. Able to check everything at Schiphol beforehand, which is handy so you know exactly where to go days before you leave (location elevator, which hall to leave from, where to drop off (excess) baggage etc). Especially easy when in June/July the mail holiday season starts and it will be busy at check in counters. Leave time 12:00, but extension up to 1pm upon request. Possibility of showering when leaving later in the evening after a day in Amsterdam. Costs € 9,- but they might waive it upon request/after staying in the hotel. Leaving baggage after checking out at a safe place in hotel. Large rooms;

Not being able to open a window. Gloomy and dark room. When asking for the option of a shower after checking out and explaining that you leave later in the evening and staff says it is ok without you paying the extra €9,-, make sure you receive a confirmation in writing/email.

Highly recommend!

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. I ate at the bar after arriving at the hotel, service was great, the menu had lots to choose from and food was delicious!
