It was right and convenient for what we needed

Convenient to early morning flights

Some things could be updated - such as the control board - not easy to read and temperature control was difficult

Bad

Due to maintenance issues at Schipol airport the hotel was tempoearily closed . Now the hotel informed me that booking.com must refund the charges for one night . The confirmation number is 3375253769 . Please inform me about the protocol of reimbursement . Awful experience ..

Awful .. I explain above and please I will be waiting for my reimbursement of my credit card . I will never book that hotel either . Rude customer service . They should inform that in advance and I spent the night wandering the airport the whole night . It was really a nightmare.

Was perfect for what i wanted.

Shower floor got wet, and there wasnt a spare towel to use to mop up or stand on.

Due to construction works at the airport, the location instruction does not work. Took me 20 mins. and asking 3 airport employees to find the entrance.

the perfect layover.

This was so worth it. Having a quiet little space to relax and sleep and clean up was wonderful. Checkin guy was helpful, the bed was roomy and so comfortable, the water was hot, some littles things that were helpful like a hanger and the desk/ table, the different lighting options. It just was all exactly what I needed.

A great option when wanting to beat jet-lag upon arrival to Amsterdam from the US.

The staff allowed us a generous early arrival, due to shoulder season travel, and that we booked a full night.

Dirty, not working switches, tiny cabins, overpriced

that it's inside the airport, after the security check

Expensive mediocre place to stay

I liked the fact that it was a "bunk bed" situation.

TV didn't work, reception who greeted me was a bit curt. I wasn't aware of the lack of amenities.

Terrible

Located inside airport so I had to check in my suitcase but I couldn’t bc it was too Early so then I was told I could take it into the hotel but I couldn’t do then I had ti find somewhere to store my bag but no one knew. Finally found baggage storage near baggage claim but the next day I could not recall how ti find it and no one could help me coz no one knew. N Voice recording on hotel phone do could not even phone for help. Very frustrating experience

Expected more for the price.

Conveniently located; easy to find and check in. Friendly staff.

I checked in after 22h00 and was disappointed to not have any access to any tea/coffee/bottled water. Everything airside is closed by then so it’s not ideal. I expected more for the price.

I left a message on the booking on the day of checkout, but they did not answer me. Hello, we forget apple pencil on the bed in room 6. Could you please check it 🙏

Very poor

The room was clean and set up nicely for a transit stay. Would have been ideal if the aforementioned was properly catered for.

The staff were unhelpful, only 1 pillow was given, when we asked for more pillows, they refused to help us. For the price paid, it was not worth it. The charging ports did not work, the TV did not switch on. It was absolutely horrible. Worse transit experience ever, I was probably better off wondering around the transit Terminal.

Anti-climax

A very convenient place to rest and refresh when having a long lay-over.

The room rates are ridiculous for the tiny size of the room. Definitely not worth it in my view.

Nothing it was absolutely terrible.

Absolutely freezing no space at all and very noisy guests. Absolute rip off of the price paid.
