Grote kamer, zeer aardig personeel, goede parkeergarage waar je kan staan vlakbij het Hotel. Heerlijk uitgebreide ontbijt in mooie ontbijt zaal. Zeer netjes en schone kamers, goede service. Kamers zijn ook uitgerust met Airconditioning. Groot fantastisch bed, beddengoed goed schoon en netjes. Wat ons betreft een goede aanrader.
Waren geen washandjes.
Buurt is een beetje met vraagtekens.

So spacious! The room for the 3 of us adults have plenty of space to move around. The toilet is huge too
The toilet door knob was loose and the lock didn't work. The stairs are almost vertical and so difficult to go up with our heavy luggages

Hele goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding! Hele mooie ruime kamer waar we met 4 personen verbleven en een heerlijk ontbijt. Vriendelijke ontvangst! Locatie is gunstig, op loopafstand van centraal station en centrum.
Rommelige buurt, lag ook aan de verbouwingen om het gebouw, maar daarvoor krijg je ook een aantrekkelijke prijs en verder geen faciliteiten in het hotel aanwezig, maar dat was bekend.

Breakfast was good. And receptionist were nice
Your System is trash. People can enter and they are assigned a room even if someone is there. Lift system is not good. And there should be only one building and with a lift. Not a maze

The reception desk is kind. Close to the bus station. The room is large.
1. The room is large while empty, and the facilities are very basic. The beds are extremely soft (there didn't seem to be any springs inside the mattress), which is uncomfortable for me.
2. I've asked for a quiet room in advance, while the room is close to the street and noisy even at night.
3. Not friendly to kids and the child policy is not clear. They charged my kid even without an extra bed!!!

Best stay I've ever had. Comfortable room, clean bathroom and excellent breakfast. Even the staircase is an interesting experience.

It was ok for us but some might struggle with lots of very narrow stairs which are the only way to access the room

Small and cosy hotel right next to the center of Rotterdam. A walking distance from train station and all the major sights of the city. Room was clean and quiet and bed was really comfy. Had a very pleasant stay

It was all good for the short stay...i i was there once before so i did know what to expect...it was clean, friendly staff, the breakfust was realy good..so i will go back for the next stay

Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam Central Station.
A very spacious room with a large bathroom - our room had both a shower cabin and a bathtub. The city center can be reached on foot - about 25 minutes, so it will not be a problem to go for a walk to enjoy the city and the dining options.
Excellent value for money.
The windows of the room were facing the street, so until 11 in the evening you could hear the cars driving by, but if sleep comes, then these sounds do not disturb the night's rest.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located with ready access to food and groceries. Hotel also provides garage parking but need to walk about 10 mins.

I liked that it was quiet and could not hear any traffic. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My fridge wasn't working in my room, so they kept my beers and water in their fridge and when I wanted them I rang and they brought it straight to my room. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen.
My fridge not working. No netflix on tv. Mattrass kept sliding off the bed.

Accommodation as described. Clean with all facilities available and working correctly. East check-in and comfortable beds. Also a nice breakfast with lots of options.
