Below expectations and not in line with what we discussed with the property before we booked

The facilities are nice - several pools, a tenis court, outdoor kids park and an impressive indoor mini-club.

- profesionalism - we traveled in 4 and we booked an apartment with one bedroom and a living room with a sofa. However, the kids want to sleep in our bedroom, and we don’t like sleeping in couches so before booking we called the hotel to ask for an additional bed in the bedroom. They guaranteed that this is possible and made a note in the system. When we arrived, there was no extra bed as the bedroom was too small. At the reception they said they see the note in the system, but the person we talked to made a mistake. They then offered the solution to add am extra large bed in the living room, the next day. The following day they said that the person we talked to one day before made a mistake and it is not possible to add a large bed in the living room. Or course in the end there was no solution from them. I find this very unprofessional and definitely not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel - Good customer service : the entire personnel (with few exceptions) was very rude. The supervisor receptionist, when I was explaining the situation with our room and beds told me she doesn’t have time for my long story, they would try to find a solution and hang up the phone. At the restaurant the person that was taking the orders was very rude and always in a hurry and the other waiters weee constantly removing unfinished plates from the table - Uncomfortable beds - the sofa in the apartment is extremely uncomfortable, so if you travel in more fha 2 it is better to book 2 rooms instead of 1 apartment. Make sure that in the room you ask for a topper as they have 2 single beds put together that are very uncomfortable if there is no topper on top - Lack of personnel - at the dinner , there was only 1 person that could take the orders for about 200 people so you had to wait a long time to order and by the time the drinks were served, your dinner would be finished - Mediocre food - the food was just or below average, depending on the evening. - The pools are not heated

Sehr modernes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Man kommt von dem wunderschönen Garten direkt an den traumhaften Strand. Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Pool wählen und findet auch immer eine Liege. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Excellent !!!

Très bel hotel, plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes. Personnel agréable et aux petits soins. Buffet excellent et très varié. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée en extérieur et pour la vue incroyable du balcon.

Добавити прайс на їжу в барі, плюс на столі, щоб було одразу зрозуміло що скільки коштує, або що безкоштовно.

Велика та чиста територія, море чисте тепле, тільки коли були великі хвилі ставало грязним, лежаків вистачало на всіх. Вечеря смачна, великий вибір, кожного дня щось інше, багато фруктів, солодкого.

Сніданки одноманітні, на 4 день вже набридли, бо подають одне і теж. Через раз прибирали добре в кімнаті, бо інколи приходить, а є вонючий запах в приміщенні, наче мили дуже брудною тряпки пол. Можливо то якась хімія, але запах стійкий, і не приємно знаходитись в приміщенні після такого прибирання. Шумоізоляція слабка, все чути що відбувається на коридорі, якщо вікна виходять на вулицю, то шум від машин гарантовано. В номері не було цін на бар, не зрозуміло було чи вода безкоштовна чи за оплату, теж само стосується і кави, чаю.

The Hotel itself was good, the staff very friendly but traveling for a day trip with taxi is a challenge

Location was good and the hotel had good breakfast and the gym was excellent

Getting a Taxi is nightmare. Waiting time was between 30 min to 1 hour. The Hotel should provide shuttle services to Port Alcudia

Amazing resort with great amenities

Multiple restaurants on site. 3 pools. Right next to the beach. We also played volleyball on the beach in the resort. Affordable spa. Clean room. Location is great.

4 stars facilities ruined by 0 star services and making you pay for everything as if it was a low cost flight.

Very good facilities but extremely disappointing services. They are trying to make money over everything. You have to pay to use the safe, for the chairs at the beach, for your kids staying in the room. We had ants in the room and had to deal with it ourselves and then they had a person coming for repairs because of leaks in another room without informing us and we just found him in our room where he continued working for over an hour before informing us we could not use the showers for several hours. They also charged us several hundreds euros for our 5 year old staying in the room. Ridiculous. Unfortunate that for a hotel with 4 stars facilities you get such bad services and such an attempt at squeezing you for money for services that should be included in your stay. Several better options in the same area, which is a good location for families even though getting a taxi is a hassle and much better to rent a car to move around

Highly recommend it, especially if you're traveling with infants or kids

The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, and were extra nice to the kids. Location is perfect - on the beach. Over-all a fantastic experience.

The vegetarian options at the dinner buffet could be clearly marked, it wasn't always easy to distinguish.

Me and my child, we enjoyed it to the maximum.

I enjoyed the time with my 2years old kid, I can only recommend this hotel: kids playground- specially the trampoline. Food was tasty with very good selection. The hotel offers all possibilities for kids - rain or sun ☺️ The animators for kids (children disco) and in the kid room were amazing! We really did enjoy the stay!

I would say you can already offer baby sitting from 2 years onwards not 3. I couldn’t enjoy any spa treatment 😊

average service. I would even say that at times the staff were rude, especially the lady from the spa - in no way comes close to the service provided in Greece. Another minus is the noise and constant roaring of children during breakfast/dinner. The hotel is mainly geared towards Germans, with German being the only language spoken besides Spanish. Rarely do the staff understand or speak English.

This property is huge, well maintained and all types of facilities are available. It has private beach, easily accessible from the rooms. This hotel has 5 Swimming Pools. Staffs are courteous. Spread of the dinner buffet is mind blowing.

There are less variations in breakfast buffets. Its more or less same everyday. Its bit disappointing for us especially when the hotel offered varied selection during dinner.
