Escapada de cap de setmana

M'agradad que la habitació es àmplia i ben equipada i l'esmorzar ben assortit. La zona piscina tambe molt ben cuidada i agradable.

La insonorització deix que desitja ja que se sent tot i el xivarri i musica. El manteniment un altre punt en contra , sòcols desapareguts, banyera oxidada, falta de ventilació al lavabo. Habitants com ara formigues al lavabo que entendria en una planta baixa pero no en un primer pis, el que vol dir que no es mira gaire en la neteja. Els matalassos dels llits massa durs, almenys pel nostre gust, semblava estar estirat directament al terra. Els llums de la escala el volbim si recreava dels anys que no sa tret i si ha acumulat. Al tard procura no pasejar pel carrer de baix l'hotel perque igual et dutxen mentres estan netejant a manguera la terrassa i amaquès de la piscina de la tercera planta.

Hotel fantástico RCP pero igual te quedas sin dormir

Muy agradable el servicio y muy bien el hotel, la piscina, desayuno etc…

Se fue la luz de nuestra habitación a las 10, a las 5 a las 5:30. Vienes a descansar y resulta que han de estar entrando operarios en tu habitación de madrugada. En este sentido un desastre y sin ninguna disculpa por la mañana. No abrimos una reclamación por la chica de recepción que siendo su primer día, medio como pudo para solucionarlo

Our go to escape from Barcelona. We will definitely return.

Second visit as the first was also pleasant. Took my partner with me this time and we enjoyed a lovely San Juan.

Not really a did not like, but the late check out procedure could have been more smoothly. My partner went down three times to check what the possibilities are. Another preferred option would be to have the reception, who was aware of this request the evening before, call if the manager was in to have it settled right away instead of having the guest walk down 3 times. We did manage to get a late check out and overall all is well.

Amazing all inclusive experience and definitely worth its 4 stars

very relaxing at this early in summer but would struggle in busy times. warm swimming pool with cafe

ok but very basic bacon and sausage, but nice breads and butter. jams and marmalade are not suitable for english tourists.

if you want a mature peaceful break this hotel is a good choice

warm shallow swimming pool, nice rooms, near centre beside bars and shops, half board was good value if you like grilled pork and chicken.

needs more coffee and juice machines at breakfast. the coffee machine in room was hopeless better idea would be a kettle with coffee saches but in the pool bar they serve nice capachino.the method of payment we were asked to follow was terrible. payment at the property should be the only way.

The Hotel has really nice room with the balcony, everything is new and clean and all accessories were in the place

Disappointing

Walk to the beach that is in front of the camping, it is is very quiet and the water is clean. On Saturday night there was a DJ playing Bachata music. During breakfast the staff were measuring the temperature of guests at the entrance and they were serving all food from the buffet, so it was good in terms of COVID rules.

During breakfast, the staff should explain the rules at the entrance, rather than telling off guests when they were trying to guess how the system works. The pastries at breakfast were stale. In the room, the aircon was not strong and the room had a bad smell as if coming from the toilet of another room. They charged us 3.5 euros per night for the lock of the safe, and asked for a deposit as if this was a hostel, I wouldn't expect this from a 4 star hotel. The hotel had very limited outdoor area, this is only the swimming pool area (that is closed after some time and it is much smaller than what it looks on the photo) and a balcony area.

Satisfactory. Very basic. Staff was nice.

Very good location, and very clean. Staff was helpful.

Missing many things in the room. Like a mirror maybe a bit of decoration, a bit emplty. The breakfast qas too caothic. Food tasteless..
