Agradable

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El personal muy amable y rápido trabajando. Lo bueno del restaurante es que de 13-21 puedes ir a comer o a cenar cuando quieras. No estás limitado a un horario de turista.

Lo malo del bufet es que la comida muy escasa y repetitiva.

Fair stay in Malgrat

Good ratio between price and quality. The rooms we got were reconstructed and hauskeepers were taking care of their cleaning every day.

There could be a bigger choice of warm vegetarian meals at the restaurant's buffet. There was a lot of fresh vegetable but almost none warm veggie meal. The breakfast choice could be also more variable. For a lot of facilities you have to pay extra e. g. safety deposit box or Wi-Fi.

Shortest stay ever

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in . Kept awake all night with slamming doors and people running around the hotel . It was that bad we checked out after one night!

I would only choose it for the location because it;s conveninent close to the beach

the location was great , the ladies in reception and housekeeping always helpful and smiling.

We are not coming back and I will never recommend it, sorry

Just the air conditioner in the room, the private parking and the location of the hotel and the personal at reception desk.

It is a very old place, not very clean , just clean. The elevator is so slow and tiny and there was a line waiting every time. The food at breakfast was disappointing, all of it .

Over all very good. Staff are great and hotel is good, luckily we weren't expecting fine dining

No complaints about staff and facilities are very good other than things mentioned below.

Beds and especially pillows are not very comfortable. There are only 2 small lifts for the whole hotel and this makes things difficult at some times of the day having to wait for a long time for a free lift for my wife who uses a wheel chair. Food is not really very good, the hot food in the morning and evening is not hot or sometimes cold, things such as bacon seem to have been boiled rather than fried, chips were always only warm. Salads, pastries and desserts were all OK though, it just seems that someone needs a lesson in how to use the ovens correctly and more attention paid to keeping food on display at correct temperatures, how about using a thermometer now and again to avoid chances of food poisoning.

Only stay there if you need short travel break.Not for holiday!

Paid wifi,no parking space on site(always full),noisy train line next to hotel.Very basic breakfast.

The air conditioning in the room was good, the location was right on the strip and very near the beach. There was nightly entertainment which we enjoyed the staff were all very nice and helpful.

IThe bed had a waterproof sheet on it. It moved with you and wrinkled. Very uncomfortable. It was a very basic room. No fridge or tea making facilities the towels were very poor quality but at least we got fresh ones daily. There was no food included with our booking. I ate breakfast and lunch there once and it wasn't great. We found the food overall in malgret de mer was not great. Chips come with everything. Outside of malgret de mer in other Spanish towns we visited the food was very good. Malgret de mer has a stunning beach but overall the place is run down and a fair bit of rubbish fag butt's on the ground and beach.

The staff was very kindly

The quality of food was awful, and all the 7 nights if our stay the menu was almost the same . The way of serving was like a one star hotel. Also the quality of bed and bed cover was very bad. Not comfortable at all. Also die to small and insufficient number of lifts , we had to spend lots of time waiting for lifts.

Good location, close to the beach

The cleanliness is disappointing, in our room it was not good with the vacuum cleaner and dust on the surfaces. Parking very small although we chose this hotel for parking we had to park elsewhere for a fee. The lady at the front desk told me that parking is paid for at other hotels

Everything. Food terrible we had to eat out . Clients were very scruffy and rough . Spa was outside . Only was a sauna and cold jacuzzi .

Staff is friendly and helpfull. It is a busy hotel in a touristic place. We had to be there for a wedding and the hotel was ok for what we needed. A parking, good night sleep in a clean room and breakfast. But nothing more.

I have sent a request for a room in front of the pool, then I got an answer OK. When I checked in then I got room at the back of the hotel. It’s bad I was fooled. At the same time bed is not proper double bed, the bed moves during the night.

We have to check out at 10am then i ask them if wecan stay till 12 without paying extra change,then they alliw us.Good point for that. And the Reception staff are good.

The food.not so good.the Location is far from the Renfe train station and the Aircon its not functioning well..i booked 3 rooms all rooms the aircon is bad.
