Zimmer mit Meerblick und reichlichen Frühstücksbuffet

Das Zimmer war gemütlich. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und werden wieder kommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist 1A. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und war lecker. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Desconectar de la rutina

La ubicación, las vistas desde la habitación al mar, la piscina, la amabilidad del personal. Limpieza. El SPA no es SPA, es un Jacuzzi pequeño y una sauna, todo y que es privado cuando lo reservas y no entra nadie mas, faltarían instalaciones pero el precio es ajustado y eso se agradece.

Un ruido horrible como si corrieran por los pisos superiores (solo habia 1 y terraza donde se ubica la piscina). Toda la noche, toda la tarde, me costó bastante dormir. No sé lo que era, seguramente alguna maquina o algun mobiliario de la piscina que golpeaba con algo. Fue bastante estresante el ruido. La comida no estaba mal del todo, calidad y cantidad correcta, todo y que algo me sentó mal el primer dia.

Very good location with a very beautiful sea view!

The booking explanation about this hotel says that the hotel is suitable for families, but for me this is not absolutely true, since it is quite noisy in the evening. One recommendation from my side, it is good to change the seals on the balcony doors!

A trip to remember

The top of the hotel was nice + relaxing

Not being able to sleep properly through the hardness of the bed + the lockers were we could put our luggage till departure couldn't lock them .

Generally disappointed

Enjoyed the view from our balcony and the location was convenient for local amenities.

The food bufets were beautifully presented but but lacked quality in content. The items cooked fresh by a chef often comprised little more than burgers and hot dogs The bar and entertainment area was noisy with little more than Karaoke on offer The behavioral habits of one group of guests brought hygiene issues into question and to some degree, could be intimidating. This was not not the fault of the group but it was not the holiday we expected.

The location is great, I had a room with the sea view, that was really nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was good.

It seemed that the walls are made of paper: I could hear everything that was happening in the nearby rooms as well as outside. And there were carousels for kids outside that worked till midnight. Had to buy earplugs in order to sleep.

Acceptable but not worthy of the premium (high summer) price bump.

Very convenient to beach. Nice terrace.

WiFi was so terrible as to make the visit unpleasant. We try on this for work — in between our leisure — and it was a full-on failure here.

our lost charger costs more than our stay for one noght.

The location of the hotel is good.

We stayed a night at the hotel, then passes to another hotel but we forgot our charger at the wall then came back after 5 hours of check out but they couldnt find it. The cleanşng lady doesnt see it they dont find anything etc. How is this even possible, really dont understand.

nice for a short stay. not my cup of tea for a holiday bit for a one night business stop off neat barcelona it was more

the property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. the view was amazing and the beach is nice.

there is no easy access parking and as i had a trailer i could not enter the parking. the photos of the roof bar are not very realistic and show the pool to be huge and its not. the food was mediocre at best and i found it quite noisy at night being a tourist resort.

This hotel is really a 2+ star hotel and not 4 star. We have travelled a lot and stayed at many hotels all around the world and this hotel really did not meat up to any of the expectations of a 4 star hotel except maybe the roof top pool.

Covid hotspot

We arrived at lunch time, the bar manager, short, chunky spanish guy helped me out bigtime. I feel bad I didn't get his name. Professional and what you appreciate, also Angela in charge of the restaurant deserves a medal. Location is spot on.

I didn't like the fact that in a pandemic and still under Covid restrictions, guests would regularly blatantly not adhere to the law by wearing a mask indoors. These guests were mostly French, they would sit at reception in plain view of staff without masks, they would use the very small elevators without masks. This is against the law and frankly disrespectful to other guests. We raised this point about 4 or 5 times with reception only to be told they are not the police, so we took it upon ourselves to remind these French guests only to be met with aggressive, middle aged females coughing in our face. The elevators are 3 for the whole block, I never saw them disinfected once. Remarkable. The hotel seems to prefer to turn a blind eye to the obvious disregard for public health and for that reason I would NEVER RETURN nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I have had covid and am not in any way in danger but we are talking about respect for other people who may be at risk. As for the facilities, the kids club is a joke, one of the reasons we chose it was for that but I can give paper and pens to my own child thanks, plus turning up 15 mins after every slot time is just lazy.
