晚餐服务很好
机场大巴不够多

The food in the restaurant was first rate. We did not think we were eating in a chain hotel.

The hotel was very nice, awesome pool area, very good energy around pool with bar & food. Bed comfortable & clean bathroom! Staff was great - let us check in at 10:30 AM.
One gentleman at the bar was not so nice- insulting when asked a question- pricey drinks & food selection not so great- mostly just pizza. This location was very far from everything, it’s up a hill so, you can’t walk to anything- your pretty much stuck at the hotel/ cab to downtown runs around 50-60 euros! We only stayed one day for this reason & checked out to a closer hotel near attractions.

For travelers seeking convenience to and from the airport, this hotel is ideally located, albeit a bit removed from Rome's city center. A notable downside is the inconsistency in taxi fares, which can vary significantly. Additionally, the hotel often underestimates these costs, so guests should be prepared for potential surprises when budgeting for transportation.
For those considering this hotel, it's important to note that there are no conveniences nearby. Any amenities or attractions are at least a 20-minute journey away, making it less than ideal for those looking for easy access to local facilities.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.
Had supper at the restaurant and it was awful. I asked for a burger with no bun and they brought me pasta. Then when they brought my burger my friend, who originally had ordered a burger didn’t get hers. Even though we told them she had not received her burger it never did come. Meanwhile we are seeing burgers go flying out from the kitchen to other tables.

The hotel is clean, the room are okay. Its a very old hotel but well maintained. We were happy with the pool though the walls were green it should have been cleaned at least once to take away the algae.
The breakfast was soo good a lot of options.
no shops around so if you are here just know that you are stuck, no places to go for a walk or things to see around. kind of in the middle of nowhere, but i would say they are very well organized in terms of transportation. you get the help you need

The hotel shuttle to city centre was not complimentary and if you canceled your booking you did not receive a refund
Also shuttle to the airport should be free not €35

Room very spacious and clean.
Breakfast had lots of variety and the staff were very good and friendly.
Property was located in an isolated area and you were unable to walk anywhere.
Not happy that the fantastic pool did not open till 10am. A large crowd of people with children were waiting to go for a swim on a very hot day.
Felt that the pool area should have opened a lot earlier so we could enjoy one of the best feature could have been accessed and enjoyed.

We only stayed at the hotel for less than 24 hours due to our flight being cancelled. The room was clean, huge bed which my partner was very happy and big room size.
There was a funny smell in the corridor but this was just an observation.

Excellent pool and Breakfast served in room. Really enjoyed. very helpfull staff. Restaurant was good and reasonable prices and good services.
Location was off. No public transport to city centre. Hotel transport available at 8 euros per person, we were four people so we used taxis with smiler charges.

The aesthetics of the building was very nice as is had an olden days look to it (from the inside) but the outside was pretty basic.
Although the inside of the hotel was stunning as I felt like I was back in time, the hotel was probably the most unhygienic hotel I have stay in. My room was so dusty that it trigger my allergies, even though I had the medication for it, but that was never the major issue as I was happy to wipe it down but when I mentioned it to the hotel staff, they was extremely rude, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life, and all I asked was “would it be possible to change rooms or have housekeeping come and visit the room”

They had a good variety at breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were free to use
The location was a bit far from the city centre. It cost €8 on the hotel shuttle to get into town

Was a very comfortable hotel. Spacious and good property. Not far away from Rome airport. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Would return.

Easy access from Fiumicino, Facilities incl. great pool & gym, easy car parking, big buffet breakfast
Pool wasn’t open early enough in the morning & maybe could have been open longer in evening, need more staff on reception when busy times

Breakfast is Good
Staffs are very busy. Not possible to enquire or request anything. Check-in and Check-out took so much time.

The facilities were nice
The checkin took too long . There was only one person checking in people.
The restaurant was poor. The food was not good quality and they did not accommodate food allergy.

Most staff were great. The room was clean. The pool was huge and water warm. The food was plentiful. Loved the bed the best
Having to hire chairs and umbrella at pool is excessive. The wall paper was peeling. The breakfast while plentiful was somewhat dry.

It was close to the airport when we got stuck in Rome. It had big rooms and the food was good.
The service to check in was so long like an hour and a half. We heard this was common.
