Second time staying in and again we enjoyed very much!
A bit pity that the children's playground was closed for renovation.

Nice cozy hotel. Spa, fitness, restaurants. Nice lobby with views. Huge rooms with everything what your need.
Good breakfast with many options of food. Fresh juice, nice staff.
CocaCola in minibar - 5 euro. A little bit to much. Walk to ski lift 10-15 mins if you in ski boots it is not simple.
Parking 10 euro day, but if you have electirc car and need charger it is 20 euro day

I was already in this hotel I loved the place .The hotel is very nice the rooms are comfortable and it has half board service available and tranfer to the ski Montain all day every day .The reception people Bianca and Alvaro are very nice and also help me with transfer to Barcelona airport to the hotel.Flávio was the guy and I have to thanks him ,so polite ,easygoing, wonderful person .I have my luggage desviate and he was patiently waiting at the airport until we resolve the problem.Andorra is one the most amazing places I ve did in my life .The restaurant food is very good also the dinner .A lot of options and variety. There is a gym and amazing spa -with really amazing hands from David and Katy. The suíte at the hotel is amazing and the view from the mountains are unpriceless. It really worths.
I just have to say about the bathroom cleaning and changing sheets has to be more frequently.I stayed eight days at the hotel and I think it’s because it’s ski place we got sweat from ski and should be change each 2 or three days .But they are very confortable, pillows, sheets and blankets.Another thing is about the girls that stayed serving at the restaurant. It’s almost impossible to get them when you need ,but it’s more in breakfast time .At the dinner time, this is not so difficult and was a guy Frederico very polite and helpful.

location, comfort, facilities, cleanliness, fantastic food choice for breakfast and evening meal
The spa should be included in the price you pay for the hotel. Also filtered water should be free as it comes out of the tap after all!!

rooms are clean, nice view, location was nice
everything except the room is extra.
I think have never met a 5 star hotel like this before, car parking & general spa entry like sauna, steam room (not talking about massage it’s always extra) & water.

no complaint about the hotel but Andorra is hard to get to

Food was absolutely brilliant every time we sat down for both breakfast and evening meal. Couldn’t fault it!
Being charged full price for the spa when the children were allowed in at the same time. This should really be discounted…

We have stayed in the hotel for 4 days for the Christmas weekend. The rooms were very comfortable.
But the cleaning service has left all my creams thrown on the bathroom counter, and has opened the closet and moved all the hangers with my clothes to the side, of course I have informed the Concierge and they have given me some t-shirts as a gift, absolutely unacceptable. On the other hand, we can’t believe that the entrance to the pool after a day of skiing should be charged 25 euros per person and per day and in a hotel that claims to be 5 stars! In no other high-class hotel in ski resorts we have we been charged for admission to the pool. Another detail is that they have charged 10 euros per day for leaving the car parked outside behind the hotel.

We loved our stay in Park Piolets so much! It has so much to offer to give you the full four star experience. We had diner in both restaurants (buffet and KAO) and enjoyed the spa and massages. The room was very large, with view over the hotel garden. Beds were great! Service also very, very good. Advice: park your car in the underground parking garage. It costs you €25 p d. but it gives you a lot of comfort back. If you can afford it; try to do the full experience. You won't be disappointed.
Everything was really good, but there are a few things good to know. I would personally skip the buffet in the hotel restaurant the next time. It is good and tasty (also good priced), but it was not our favorite. There's no airco in the room, which is not a problem at all. Most of the times is it snowy and cold in Andorra - but if hot and long summers like these will continue, I would personally recommend an airco. But again, is wasn't really a problem, 'cause nights in Andorra are chilly so we just opened the window. And even in hot summers: no mosquitos!

Spa, view, room, massage, staff. Music, smell, interior, lighting. Clean, calmed. Food, specially deserts! Just gorgeous. Gorgeous experience! High quality!
P.s. Close to some trekking paths.
Dinner was nice, but from my point of view a bit expensive 38.5€ per person. Kids inder 11 do not pay. And you have to pay for drinks extra. And price for Aperol Spritz 15€ is too much! For a breakfast- please provide more vegetables! There were just tomatoes.

our room was close to the exhaust from the spa, very noisy to be on the balcony

We enjoyed the facility and the bar a lot, the hotel is new and well kept the rooms have balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful they gave us recommendations of places to visit.
We were a bit disappointed to learn that the swimming pool is only part of the SPA and you needed to book it and pay extra to use it.

This is our second stay at the Park Piolets and we were not disappointed.
The staff are absolutely fantastic. Julio our driver deserves a particular mention as this is the second time he’s made our stay extra special. Young children, ski kit, cold hands and blizzards, he’s helped us through them
all. His kindness and positive manner put that extra bit of sparkle in your day. The other staff are also positive kind and helpful and seem to want to make your stay as pleasant as it can be.
Food is also a highlight. Great choice fresh buffet morning and evening. Ate in every night and enjoyed it.
Charging for the use of the pool is a bit expensive. I think this should be included. BUT we were told beforehand so it’s not a hidden extra.

Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner
Could have provided free water at least for dinner
Bar cocktails very expensive.

We stayed for 7 nights in room 521 which had a conjoined room as we stayed as couples which was nice.
Breakfast was lovely it’s a set buffet price though of €19 pp, we got room only and added this on for a couple of days which was simple to do but pricey if you do for the whole stay. You can get some food from the local shop for breakfast or there is a cafe round the corner too if you are wanting to save some money or alternatively you can grab breakfast on the slopes!
The rooms are exceptional and so alpine like the view was amazing and we got fresh towels and beds made everyday! Water was really hot for showers and the amenities in the room are good too with a safe and fridge.
The bar is lovely to get lunch or snacks in, the drinks are lovely and couldn’t fault the staff!
The KAO restaurant was lovely to eat in, but book in advance when you arrive.
Restaurants all around the area are really nice as we ate out every night, some lovely tapas food and the sol’neu restaurants are amazing quality too to eat in which are just down the road as part of the sport/ hermitage hotels. Definitely worth booking different places each night.
I thought the pool and gym would be included in the hotel booking for guests to use which I was surprised about as it wasn’t.
The gym IS included but the pool / sauna area you have to pay extra for, 3 days works out a reasonable price if you’re wanting to add this on, and you can do a different amount of days too. Treatments are an extra too.
We requested double beds and got single twins pushed together, not as ideal but they were comfortable.
