Un lugar para desconectar

La habitacion,el desayuno,las vistas,el olor en todo el establecimiento.

La carta del restaurante,muchas salsas en todos los platos,pocas opciones mas ligeras.Niños en las intalaciones pertubaron la paz durante el desayuno y la cena.

Very good

Hotel restored a few years ago, nice design, qualitative material mix and interior design. Restaurant excellent, nice waitering. Parking included with easy access and always a parking slot. Hotel is adult only but restaurant is open for all.. don't be surprised. We got one of the best views of the valley as we asked for.. special thanks to desk service! Globally to us still a very nice stay and we would definitely recommend this place, even if it is far (20min driving) from Andorre la Vella and there is no sauna / swimming pool. You get a great calm place, with direct access to the mountains. Just a few little improvements, not that complicated, to reach excellence ;-)

So why not max ranking? Just small points: every waiter shall speak English, eventually French.. for such a level of hotel. Restaurant is expensive, even if the food is Michelin star level. Finally no room cooling and 26C to sleep when outside it is getting colder is a bit surprising for the price. Nicely room service provided a fan, but sleeping with open windows brought other issues.. rooster starting at 6h and especially neighborhood building under construction..

Amazing hotel in a great location

The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is super good. The location is simply excellent, 3 minutes walk from the ski lifts, there is a supermarket next to the hotel and lots of shops. Highly recommended !

amazing place, lovely hotel and definitely would love to come back again

we really enjoyed the stay - staff super friendly and welcoming, our room was amazing & bed comfortable 👌really liked the minimalistic design of the rooms, great shower, bed sheets & amazing views of the mountains

tv in our room did not have Netflix, even though it was connected to Netflix and YouTube, this service is only available in their suites, even though we had an upgraded room we thought it would have been nice if we had it. towels could be bigger breakfast was amazing but we were a bit rushed out in the end and had to finish our breakfast quick

We’ve been on a 30 day road trip and this has been our favorite place….by far….to date.

The room is not luxurious but it is sleek, modern, immaculate and efficient. The hotel is lovely and in a gorgeous setting. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service was great and the food outstanding. Our complimentary breakfast was white tablecloths, views of the mountain and a menu with about 12 options including egg Benedict! Oh yes, the staff were remarkably helpful and courteous.

We loved everything about the place.

Very nee and Clean, great food, friendly staff. WE would come Back any time.

Constructive Feedback: on the First Floor you can heae the music from the Restaurant below quite well. Not ideal. Make it an Option that people can have Dinner Outside. We Always want to sit Outside on vacation. Not Just because of COVID. IT IS so much nicer and it was Not so cold.

Nice stay, very clean and modern but needs proper individual aircon. The staff were all lovely and we would gladly stay

Very nice, simple, modern design. Staff were all very lovely, we would definitely stay again.

Rooms did not have proper air conditioning- just a thermostat that had a 2 or 3 degree leeway from a centrally set temperature that would adjust a radiator in the room, no air flow. The room as a result was quite cool during the day and really hot and stuffy at night, we had to keep the balcony door open, to cool the room and get some air flow.

Fantastic well designed hotel.. easy a luxury cathegory 4 or 5 star rate. Amazing views and confort in the rooms

That they charge 50 euros per person aditional just to bring the already paid breackfast to the room. I agree to pay extra for this service but that much in¡s way to expensive.

Superb

Our room had great views of the mountains and was spacious for a hotel room in a ski resort. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Car parking was easy in the private car park.

Would totally recommend

The location is perfect - very close to the ski lift and not far from a very good hiking spot - English Valley. The room is super cozy and clean, beds are very comfortable, the heating systems makes the room warm so it's a pleasure to stay. Staff is very helpful and is always there for you. Breakfast is amazing. The hotel has it own parking which is very convenient.

I'm not sure if the hotel has a ski room, we didn't check because we stayed off season.
