Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful and communicates in english. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and book it next time when visiting Brussels.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Tout près de la station "Hôtel des monnaies" et quelques minutes de la station "Louise". On peut aller à pied à la Grand Place de Bruxelles (35 minutes) ou en transport en commun (10 minutes). Petit-déjeuner complet (l’hôtel gagnerait à faire des mini-viennoiseries en lieu et place de grande qu’on ne finit pas). Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge dans la cave de l'hôtel (cela permet de voyager avec moins de vêtement).

The bed was high and hard

Although our room was somehow not correctly booked, they provided a perfect alternative room. It might have been an unforeseen upgrade but good for us. Room as clean, but it was forgotten to be cleaned the next day, maybe due to the upgrade. General state of the hotel is good. We found it at a good location to walk to the city center but also had good connections to public transportation.

We found the breakfast too small for such a hotel chain. We expected some more variations and better offers from the kitchen for an omelet or similar.

Die Lage war suboptimal, ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war in Ordnung, aber könnte höflicher und dienstleistungsorientierter sein; das Zimmer war nicht super sauber.

The room was good, really spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff could not find my booking which I think was booking.coms fault. Each evening when I came back they had cancelled my room key so I would walk to the lift and have to walk all the way back to reception and they would say I have given my card even though I had. They even called my room at 11pm to say I had to come to reception with my card, I did not and said I would see them in the morning. No apology was offered for the constant messing around and waking me up. Would not stay in this chain of Hilton again.

The room and location was good. Clean rooms and bathroom. Can't complain about anything.

The staff was very rude. So I was charged twice for the booking. When I raised this with the reception staff they just wouldn't listen and just Nod as No whole me speaking. It sounded so rude that they were like We know everything and what you are saying is wrong even though I was giving proof of twice payments. It was only after a week of my stay and constant to fro with the hotel and booking.com and admitted at last that they were wrong and after that they returned my money. Would never come to stay at this hotel again just for the reason of the rude and arrogant staff.

No bellman available. The elevator was out of order on the day of check-out. We were staying on the 6th floor and asked for someone to help us carry down the luggage. The manager on duty told us that they have no staff to send. It was usual check-out time, around 9am. We had to carry down our luggage on the stairways ourselves, 6 floors. In general, the hotel is understaffed which creates service bottlenecks. You feel it especially at breakfast when supplies run out, tables are not cleaned right away.

Las habitaciones eran como mini departamentos. muy cómodos y amplios, en nuestro caso con buena ducha y la cocina mega completa (hasta lavavajillas) me encantó.

El personal era muy amable pero en una oportunidad necesitaba contactarme con la recepcion por un problema y llame muchas veces hasta que tuve que bajar (11 pm) porque nadie respondía. Eso me enojo mucho sinceramente, luego compensaron con el buen trato.

The cleanliness was good.

It was a bit up of hill, and quite tiring to carry heavy luggage. Family said the room was small.

Tes bon Acceuil toute l’équipe d’accueil et manager , très professionnel et réactif , en particulier jenny , qui a un sens d’humour , réactive et orientation sur votre séjour et le dispositif de la ville si vous en avez besoin , elle a un plaisir voyant du goût de son métier

Breakfast at the hotel is bit pricey but there are plenty of nearby places to try out.

La camera, molto spaziosa e pulita, era perfetta per un breve soggiorno. Il personale accogliente ha reso il nostro weekend a Bruxelles ancora più bello. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Bruxelles midi.

Purtroppo i saponi e detergenti erano quasi tutti finiti e al cambio asciugamani qualcuno è sparito, ma per il resto è andato tutto bene

La douche était toute cassée, l’ascenseur ne marchait pas… aucune bienveillance du personnel, concernant un arrivé assez tôt . Je trouve que l’hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il propose. 180 €. La nuit c’est énorme pour un ascenseur cassé et une douche tous tes cahiers. Et la douche était très sale.

Chambre confortable et très grande, lit super confortable, petite cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Emplacement parfait à Saint Gilles et proche du centre. Très calme.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel and we like very much. We plan to go back again in a few months’ time.
