Recomendable en todo punto de vista.

Un hotel muy cómodo y el personal muy atento a tus necesidades. Está cerca de la terminal de trenes.

En este momento hay arreglos de la calle enfrente del hotel y es dificultoso encontrarlo. Cuando terminen los arreglos será muy recomendable.

Tout était désagréable du personnel à la chambre lit avec des draps taché de sang matelas avec taches jaunes toilette qui ne se ferme pas lit inconfortable il n y a pas de store dans les chambre pour avoir une chambre dans le noir pas de climatisation de bonheur personnel qui parle très fort en roumain et claque les portes pour qu on se réveil déçu 2 jours sans dormir et repartie avec douleur au dos

Manque d'information....j'ai choisi cet hôtel plus excessif que d'autre car parking soi-disant ..4 places devant inaccessibles a cause de travaux. Si autres possibilités on cherche tjrs malgré réservation. On a du se résoudre à trouver un autre endroit où se garer. Douche très peu de pression, galère pour se rincer.

Nothing special, but it is ok

The worst part about finding a place in Brussels is because many buildings are old and dirty. This room is clean and facilities are ok. It could be a little cheaper because the location is not the best.

Location during night or really early doesn’t seem too safe. When I was leaving by the morning in my last day, two men also tried to assault me, but I got inside a convenience and said I would call the police.

The area was close to main zuid station but thats about it else it wasn’t a value for money hardly one can accommodate in room and open a big suitcase

The area is very notorious even faced with daylight theft one has to be very cautious while stepping out in the evening

Very easy to find from the station.

The bed was very comfy, the shower was nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the fact that is located very near the station.

The fact that they had a curtain as a division on the bathroom instead of a proper screen box, the sliding door was somehow broken, the room was very warm even with the window open and although we were provided with a fan, there were not available plug, as the one on the centre of the room wasn’t working, also the bed side lamps didn’t work. We also found that the value of the breakfast wasn’t worth it, as there wasn’t a great choice of dishes to choose from. The decor needs an urgent update.

Convenient, basic and not cheap, stayed there overnight to catch an early train and it was OK

The rooms are big

You don’t make a choice with the breakfast, what ever they cook is what everyone has to have. No soap, shampoo, and the shower has water spilling everywhere in the bathroom, you have to put the towel on the floor. They should mention that, they’re road works in front of the hotel, there is so much noise during the day. The curtains are not enough to cover the whole windows. Towels should be changed every day, they don’t have to wait for customers to ask for towels especially when they know that the shower has water everywhere.

Reasonably spacious room. The proximity with the Brussels Zuid station is good;

Although the proximity to the station is good, the neighborhood isn't very welcoming, some streets nearby don't seem to be safe, and it is far from main tourist attractions. The shower isn't well divided from the rest of the bathroom (only a curtain), and the floor isn't well inclined, so the water leaked everywhere. Also, right upon arrival, we were told there was a problem with the keys (the entire hotel was affected), so someone opened the room for us and we had to sightsee without a key to the hotel (although we recognize this could be a punctual problem). If you want to leave your luggage because you arrived before check-in time, be aware that it is left in a small room (that apparently isn't locked) and they state in their website that it is left unattended, so they don't take responsibility. The room doens't have a hairdryer. The hotel has only one to lend, so it took a few days for it to be avaiable.

Location, early check-in, friendly staff and good bed.

Room was very small, window was facing a wall, there is no hairdryer which is a basic item that you get everywhere. There is road work in front of the hotel so it's a bit annoying but I guess it's not the hotels fault.

OK for a short stay on my own.

Very convenient being close to Brussels Midi railway station. Staff very friendly. Breakfast OK but basic.

Room was a little small. Also very small bathroom. No plug for the washbasin; had to use my flannel instead. No hangers/hooks to hang up bath towels. Bed OK but a little hard. Price was a little high compared to the facilities offered.

Wildly overpriced for the quality of the basic shabby facilities. Initially offered a claustrophobic room with no window.
