Дуже добре будем там ще.

було дуже приємно знаходитись був дуже стильний дезайн . у номері був чайник та напої вода,кофе,чай.у ванні були баночки із шампунем,милом та лосьоном. на сніданок була випічка (булочки,хліб,еклери,пончики та кроусани). були пластівці та різні види молока.на ресепшині був привітний персонал та велика терраса .від готеля до метро 10-15мін ходьби та це близько до вокзала. дуже сподобалося думаю що будем їздити ще.

Estancia tranquila y agradable

El personal era amable y la habitación acogedora. En la habitación hay nevera y tienen un hervidor. El desayuno era sencillo pero para nosotros suficiente (queso, embutido, fiambre, tostadas, croissants, napolitanas, yogures, zumo...) La calle era tranquila y apenas se oía ruido de la calle. Nos dieron unos bombones como detalle cuando hicimos el check out.

La cama se hundía en medio. La ubicación es un poco lejana, unos 38 minutos andando hasta la Grand Place.

+ Let's say the position is fine if you plan to travel by train to other cities. + Breakfast ok but nothing special

- The hotel has a HORRIBLE smell. I have stayed 3 nights and it was the same. - the room needs a general restauration. - some heating radiators where closed but there was an ok temperature in the room. - price to value overestimated. - located near train station but a little far from center.

Stayed here 5 or 6 times and each time is never a disappointment

Excellent staff....very cheerful and welcoming.Room very clean,tidy, excellent bathroom.Good selection of foods and drinks for breakfast.A great place for people travelling to Brussels.

For 3 stars hotel, it was amazing. The breakfast is okay. The room was clean and every day we had clean towels. The staff was amazing .

Pleasant

Team is very friendly, and all 2 person's we've met have a good charisma. Seems that croissants are cooked right there! Comfortable temperature. Real bath in the bathroom

Ah, really depends on price question.. maybe totally in Brussels in this period everything is expensive. But regardless to it there are several points to improve: 1. Smell in the room. 2. Bad soundproof from neighbor rooms (basically from the one which is upstairs - toilet sounds are too much realistic 🤪). Windows are also not with a good soundproof. 3. Quite tiny set of options for breakfast. Just a bit more could be perfect. 4. Very cheap pillows..

A little investment would make it much better place.

Not bad for a price like this in Brussels.

Poor acoustic isolation! You could hear other guests in their rooms even in their intimate and passionate moments, well, a bit more than you would pay for.

Superb

Everything was great. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was nice with the nice odour of freshly baked croissants. The housekeeping staff were amazing. The location is excellent, very close to Gare du Midi and well connected with bus and tram to all Brussels. Cosy lobby.

A bit disappointing hotel

The room was not warm enough. The heating was at the maximum, but the room was not warm. The hotel is far from the city center, but is well connected via bus.
