I wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise at night

The breakfasts were excellent

At night we couldn’t sleep because of the bass coming from a nearby nightclub. It went on vertical very late.

Staff and facilities were good.

Booking.com didn't provide that there were construction works right next to the hotel. Put in a room right next to the construction works. The room wasn't what was expected from booking.com description. Changed rooms but still the noise could be heard. Room walls paper thin can hear the next room speak. Location was really good. I wouldn't recommend.

Good service, very good room, good location!

I checked in on the actual day of my birthday but i didnt have any special request. 5 Minutes after reaching my room, the doorbell rang and it was the Front office manager with a small tiramisu birthday cake and a birthday card! She greeted me, wished me happy birthday. I was not expecting all this. The room was HUGE, The bed was huge and comfortable. The location was good and near to all the famous shopping centres down the road. Guess what, I only paid $155/night!

The room which I got has windows which cannot be opened and covered up. So basically I have no outside view at all.

Good value for the money.

The location is excellent and all shopping centers are on walking distance. Furthermore, the hotel is a no-nones one. But if you want you can find good restaurants in the same building. As an alternative you can find several places nearby for your breakfast.

In general it has to be stated that the hotel is quite dated. Some renovation is required such as the flooring in the corridors and te he elevators. Especially the bathroom requires an update.

Nice family getaway destination, could have done better for breakfast!

Above average recently renovated room, 2 adults and a child could sleep comfortably Reception was very gracious to offer breakfast for free as the booking did not state inclusive breakfast Location not that far away from Orchard shopping area

Breakfast was poor and little variety-could have done better Common area too crowded felt very rushed

staff very rude and ridiculous price for kind lousy hotel.

Request the room with standing shower due my leg injury. They refused it with the rude attitude and hence give us room with no view, small room, bed direct to door and dusty. i directly take my luggage and check out. stay away to stay in this hotel. many hotel in orchard area better service than this.

Une chambre spacieuse apres avoir du changer , la premiere nuit la chambre etait tres bruyante ( nombreux passages dans le couloir et proche de la laverie ) Localisation de l'hotel

Baisse de standing de l'hotel d'annee en annee Certes propre , mais un mobilier un peu vetuste Moins de service en chambre : ressemble plus a une residence hoteliere Cout du transport a l'aeroport arrange par l'hotel : prohibitif

Well satisfied with this accommodation and would be happy to re-visit.

Location is good and view from 15th floor was excellent. Lounge facility was enjoyed and appreciated. Requested late check out was 1400 and was convenient. All staff were very helpful and friendly

Did have problem with air conditioning which was addressed quickly, Also the TV did not function as it should but this also was promptly sorted.

Good location and wonderful staff but the facilities and amenities needs

Location is good near shopping malls, bus stop and restaurants Staff are warm, accommodating and friendly

Some of the rooms need updating The family room is a bit dark and have musty smell Some towels and linens are due for renewal as well Some areas can improve in terms of cleanliness like the pool lounge chairs and surrounding area

Only good if you need to stay near Orchard, otherwise not value for money in my opinion.

Location is somewhat near orchard shopping areas

The room given at level four has no view at all overlooking at carpark buildings, given a four stars hotel is over rated. The toilet is too small and aged with cracks on WC, this is not giving a good impression for the guest.

Convenient location and friendly staff

There are some nice restaurants located within the hotel. The place is also conveniently located within Orchard area so it is a short walk to places like The Forum, Far East Shopping Centre, ION, Wheelock Place and Wisma Atria. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, they gave us a family room seeing that we were travelling with our baby, even though we booked a regular room with a double bed. The family room had a fridge, microwave and a separate bathtub and shower area which were very useful to us.

Some of the facilities in the room were a little dated, like the handles on the bathtub were a little rusty and there was some water seepage near the toilet bowl. But it did not negatively impact our stay. It would have also been nice if there were a few more utensils (like bowls) available in the kitchenette - only two pairs of cutlery (fork, knife, spoon) and plates.

walking distance from orchard shopping malls and tanglin shopping centers. Swimming pool is bigger than other hotels located in Orchard road.

Bathroom got standing shower and size of bathroom is a bit small.

Location, staff and quiet make this property a must for me in Singapore.

The extraordinary location makes me always come back as well as the utterly friendly staff. Altogether I like coming back to this property

The only little downside is the breakfast but it's also very easy to just go out.

Exceptional

After many hour flight, they allowed us to check in very early. That was very gladful. Club lounge staffs Samy and Sofia helped us to early check in and also allowed us to wait at club lounges with breakfast. They were brilliant for us.

The room's AC was kind of louder while sleeping.

aircon was warm , dusty smell in the room breakfast at white marble was limited in selection and the restaurant took an hour to bring the food up to the room

Very pleasant and according to expectations

The room was good, spacious and well equipped. Location near Orchard Road very central and breakfast was limited but good. A young chinese looking male staffmember in the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and therefore pleasant to deal with. Please give him my compliments.
