I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did not have breakfast throughout my stay so I cannot comment. The food at the hotel is delicious, we especially enjoyed the steakhouse. The location was great and close to restaurants and shopping.

There seemed to be insufficient staff in the restaurants and consequently wait times were significant. No other complaints.

Very relaxing stay in a very central position . Close to quality shopping and eating experiences. Close to mrt . Having

The club floor 22 was staffed by excellent happy staff. Generally nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff were similarly joyful. It provided a quiet getaway from the crowds.

There was limited storage available for clothing but we managed as the room had generous proportion s.

Great location, good service, comfortable rooms.

Location and rooms were well appointed

We wanted room service at about 10.30pm on Sunday, 18 August. We tried to call the number provided for in-room dining and the app and even the front desk numerous time but no response. This took about 20 minutes of trying. Once we got through, the service (time it took to deliver the food to the room and the thoughtfulness of the service staff to bring up a credit card machine for payment so that check out would be swift the next day) was good. Bathrooms are a little dated and the climbing into the bathtub for a shower not ideal

Little old and tired but very clean and everything worked. Lack of USB ports. Only one one side of the bed. Nothing by the desk

Very good hotel

Location on Orchard road is good very close to train stations. The hotel has a nice look and a great buffet breakfast Super comfy bed.

If possible avoid a room close to the lift. We could hear it every time it went up and down

Luxurious hotel fabulous pool & breakfast 😊

Breakfast, pool, close to lots of shops. Nice bathroom and very large bed.

I personally didn’t like the pillows. And I feel at breakfast staff would clear your plate or coffee cup even though you hadn’t finished with it.

Lovely. Would return for work trip

Room came with free flow of filtered drinking water. Comfortable and luxurious beds and bathroom. Loved being able to walk along Orchard Rd to see the Christmas lights, and meet up for dinner/ drinks with friends so conveniently. Orchard MRT was a 5 min walk away (Wheelock Place). Breakfast was great, and staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Staff got slightly annoyed with me when I double confirmed my late check-out as I had to attend a training in the hotel up till 5pm that day. Despite that, my access card was blocked after noon.

Very convenient location. Good facilities & great staff. Breakfast spread was nice, but could include more veg options.

Getting room service was cumbersome. It could only be ordered on what's app & took time.

Given a room over looking car park rather than city side managed to change. Pool was hired out to private function on our evening of arrival. AC leaked water through ceil & no extractor fan operational in bathroom. Coffee machine broke down. Way over priced for this run down so called very good hotel. Doubting booking.com service

We received the best service from all staff from the doorman, receptionist, concierge, restaurant staff and hotel cleaners. Five star service indeed

its a very good stay

I didn't expect much based on reviews but rate is usually higher too but understandable since its IHG. but to my surprise the room is bigger & the breakfast is very good. I like the area which is near to everywhere. its a better stay!

the only problem is our room has a clogged water closet and they have to come back thrice to do it.

hotel location very convenient to Orchard shopping area breakfast is good and the staff or housekeepers are well trained to serve as polite The hotel room space is great enough and the best is the bed mattress are so comfortable, love it.

so far no, except the coffee maker is not functioning well.
