Gerne wieder

Das mondäne Hotel soll erst 25 Jahre alt sein und alles an und in diesem Haus ist gigantisch. Auch die Zimmer sind unglaublich groß und der Preis mit 1.130 Baht inclusive Frühstück für 2 Personen unschlagbar. Alles war picobello sauber. Das Bad scheint neu renoviert oder bestens gepflegt zu sein. Wasserdruck super und es gab heißes Wasser. Wir hatten ein Grand De Luxe Zimmer mit Balkon im 2. Stock… damals brauchte man wohl keine Zwischenwände zwischen den Balkonen… denn der Balkon zieht sich über die gesamte Vorderfront. Man muss die Stores schließen, um seine Privatsphäre zu haben. Weil draußen laufend Handwerker hin und her liefen. War aber für uns kein Problem. Das Hotel hat 164 Zimmer wovon laut Frühstücksliste nur 6 Zimmer belegt waren und der Pool gehörte zeitweise nur uns. Deshalb hatte unser Zimmer auch einen modrigen Geruch… Aber nachdem wir die Balkontüre geöffnet hatten verschwand er schnell… Frühstück einfaches ABF.. aber es gibt kleine Croissants and Baguette

The rooms were amazing and had great views.

The food and beverage section of the hotel is a shambles. The food is so slow and all the meals came out one by one so I was finished before anyone else got theirs. Such slow and poor service in the restaurant.

Loei is one of the nicest provinces in Thailand if not the nicest I have been to

was a good location, not too far from town Centre and right next to a very nice park for walking in the shade under the trees

was extremely large hotel with very few guests. not the hotels fault but it just felt eerie

very misleading description as pool empty and closed

we booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool. unfortunately, after we checked in we discovered the pool was empty and closed for major maintenance and was not due to opened for some time. when such a significant facility is unavailable for a long time, the description of the hotel should be changed- we would have gone elsewhere had we known

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is very very tired and in need of work. It is certainly not a 4-star hotel.

A pair of underwear left in my room from the previous guest. Electricity going out in the gym. Breakfast. Being asked to pay for an extra bottle of water in the room.

100% happy staying there.

Buying your breakfast there is only 200 Baht. Cheaper than through the booking company. I had a club sandwich with fries for only 160 baht for a late snack. Big pool and fitness area totally empty except on the weekends when it's full of kids that pay. Front staff lacking in English. Stayed in 0322 which had a door opening to the huge, common balcony. Opposite side of the hotel, the door would not open. Very large, and clean room. Nice bed. got two extra pillows and you only get one per person. Would stay there again. Easy to get around town once you figure the roundabouts out. They also had bicycles for rent.

Nothing other than the staffs lack of English. Good food. Fair prices.

Convenient for flights in or out

Stayed here many times. Has good size pool (can do laps), good restaurant, excellent service and good WIFI. Is the best place to stay for flights in or out of Loei.

Good location, Big room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Did not use any of the facilities eg. pool. restaurant.

Room key card stopped working one day before checkout. No explanation given and hand held terminal declined my payment, Had to pay scanning hotel QR code.

Very very disappointed this time.

Hotel was quiet, parking was easy...but it was a Monday.

We've stayed here before, had much better rooms in the past. Our room smelt mouldy & damp, needs some airfreshner & the breakfast was really really poor. Won't bother staying here again. Why they gave us such a poor room is beyond me as the hotel was empty!

Nice old hotel still looks amazing, good food in restaurant as well!

There was a wedding, and the noise echoed from receiption all the way through the hotel up to the rooms. We could hear the shouting and cheering in bed at midnight! The Hotel should ask the guests to be quiet at night!
