Great location for our foodie weekend away.
9.0
Breakfast was good, the location was excellent, very central and good walking distance to everything.
It was a bit confusing to find the car park, but the staff was super helpful and it all worked in the end.
3.0
Great location and easy parking
I had an accessibility room which meant no bedside tables, a pathetic shower, no work desk bigger than 60x30, and a very slippery shower floor with no safety mat. By contrast the restaurant was great.
9.0
Location and cleanliness
Communication from staff about how to use the lifts and lights

My go to hotel when working in Sydney. Rooms are on the smaller side but well set out & comfortable.

Location was superb
Room was very small

Room and bath were clean and sufficient space for a couple. The location was central to downtown and the wharf.
5.0
Location is great.
Bed was very squeaky, also a sewerage smell as I first entered room and the noise from Ryan’s bar outside was quite loud but was only until 11pm
10.0
Great location, easy to get to everywhere. Quiet and comfortable
8.0
The location is so easy to go everywhere, around the property you can find everything you want
I have allergy with the bed, it was itchy and made me feel uncomfortable during the night, no slippers or bath rope so you have to organize by yourself

The buffet breakfast was quite plentiful and good.
The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Circular Quay. Easy walking to the Opera House, Sydney Bridge, The Rocks area, all the transportation including the ferries. The tram was 1 block away and inexpensive. Tap a credit card on and off so that was easy.
We were there on a long holiday weekend and the information we were given didn't make it clear that the restaurant would be closed all weekend.
Buffet breakfast was served daily but we had to search out other food. Many of the restaurants were closed. The ones on the Wharf were open.
6.0
The rooms were on a bit of a small size. Lack of staff in the mornings for breakfast. Keeper running out of cups & cutlery. Lack of seating for breakfast for all the people staying
10.0
Within walking distance to car rental and cruise port
Limited unloading zone to drop off luggage and check in. Breakfast selection poor for the value, coffee machine difficult to work.

The location was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

The property location was very central to everything. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.
7.0
Location was very good and the room was small but had nearly everything we needed.
Small matters really but suggested improvements would be: the bathroom lighting were not very good for putting on makeup; a full length mirror would have been useful, even if put inside one of the wardrobe doors; the two pillows that were provided were both a bit too high for me and made my night a bit headachy.
The most important complaint, however, would have been breakfast. With the limited food choices, (eg. scrambled egg and apparently boiled eggs - though I never found these - were the only egg options). Fried or poached eggs would have made a more satisfying experience. There were two coffee machines but one ceased to function just as I got to it. The other one seemed to offer only long black or expresso, however it was attached to milk sauce (full cream only) but staff were so short in supply that they didn't have time to help. When the second coffee machine then decided to malfunction the queue was so long once it was fixed that we ordered and paid for a cup at the bar. Having already paid $26 each for breakfast (a bit of yogurt and tinned fruit and a couple of pastries) I thought they might have shouted us that!

Convenient to city particularly Theatre Royal and train station.
Room had no Hair Dryer available for use.

Great location, 9min walk to Circular Quay, 4min walk to Wynyard Train Station and there’s a convenience store beside the hotel.

Traveling with my sister so the twin beds were perfect. Didn't use any of the restaurant/bar facilities as closed due to holiday.
Liked everything!

Fabulous location, immaculate presentation and a really nice breakfast. Meets our expectations every time.
Rooms a bit on the small side but it’s not a problem for a few days as the layout is very functional.

excellent facility prior to cruise departure

Location was close to Wynyard station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Card required to access elevator and rooms which adds to the security.
The room doesn’t provide slippers, toothbrushes or toothpaste so bring your own. Breakfast isn’t inclusive of the price but there’s plenty to eat nearby.

Fantastic location and the hotel was very well presented. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with everything that you need when travelling. I was surprised that the room was small in size but very well planned and I didn't feel cramped.
Very good value for money

Hotel reception staff were very welcoming and very nice during our entire stay. Always attended to our needs. The room and hotel was very clean in all aspects. Location is perfect for the centre of the Sydney CBD for our stay.
We booked a Premium King room but were expecting more open area in the apartment. It was a tight squeeze for the two of us negotiating around the room once we opened our bags. Acceptable for a short stay but would be annoying for a longer stay. The bathroom area was large enough though and comparable to other Sydney hotels.

The bed was so comfortable and loved the coffee machine in the room. The lady who checked me in could not have been more helpful 😃
The breakfast was very poor especially the scrambled eggs, so I had to leave and go for a second breakfast elsewhere.

location and room (although small) were excellent
when arriving late no ability to obtain food or drink

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is superbly located. Close to Circular Quay, light rail, buses and trains. Walking distance to Pitt St mall, China town and Darling Harbour. Rooms are small, but comfortable. We were on Level 14 and didn’t hear any noise. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, but otherwise got food outside and we’re spoiled for choice.
Shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the shower water temperature was changeable.

Location to Wynyard train station and circular quay. Very central city to get around Sydney
Pillows were too fat. Had to use a rolled up bath towel

Closeness to all sights around the harbour.

Location, new construction and helpful staff
Room was extremely small….perhaps 16msq?
Shower door is a poor design, slides open when showering and l had to jamb it closed with the shampoo bottle and when you slide the door open after showering the tiles in front of the WC get wet and become slippery and dangerous

Die Ausstattung bot alles, was man braucht - sogar Bodylotion.
Wer was Stylishes sucht ist hier falsch. Jedoch noch weit, weit weg von abgewohnt, alles war in gutem Zustand.

Room nice and quiet, very central to everything the city. Good restaurants nearby.
Coffee and tea facilities in cupboard so as room a bit on small side making access a little more difficult without removing to use on desk.

We loved the location and the room was just what we needed !
Everything was good! I would say the breakfast could have done with a few more options in saying that it was great it’s as included in our room price !

This was an excellent location close to many Sydney attractions. In principle, it could not be much better. The room may be not too spacious for two persons but for single person it is comfortable and fully sufficient.

Everything was so well presented, all staff were really helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great, wifi easy and room modern and clean. also a great location. Will definitely be back!
