Comfortable enough for a couple of nights but nothing special.

The location was fantastic. Great views along with visiting seagull. Comfortable bed. Clean throughout.

A bit dated and shabby inside and out . Communal areas are dark and stairs steep. Dining area a bit austere. Realise it’s an old building and probably expensive to maintain and improve. Tiny en-suite but again confined by building.

Bon emplacement, confortable et équipe agréable

Hébergement bien situé dans la ville. Chambre petite mais confortable et propre. Équipe très accueillante et sympathique

Déçus par le petit déjeuner anglais. Pour en avoir pris d'autres pendant notre séjour en Angleterre, le rapport qualité/prix de celui-ci ne nous a pas semblé bon.

Very clean and good location

The beds were really comfortable and everywhere is exceptionally clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is very good as right on the seafront and it is easy to walk along the sea to the town.

Overall happy , a pleasant stay no major problems.

We liked the breakfast because you could vary it daily and also the staff were very polite and friendly. The room was addiquate for what we ordered and the location was very close to the beach, overall a very pleasant visit.

More choice of tea and variety of fruit, needed. Shower could do with shampoo and body wash instead of bar soap. A curtesy call to say is everything alright while you are staying there. Good value for money .

Really enjoyable - and great fun!

Excellent location, comfy beds, lovely staff

A significant - but hilarious - issue with the en suite. The sliding door was very dodgy - it slid rather too much! On first use it came off the top runner (there was no runner at the bottom). The manager came immediately to reinstate it, but it really wasn't satisfactory, not least because once you were in the bathroom there was no handle - ie no way of getting out! Luckily there were three of us, so we could call for help!

Best nights sleep ever!

Came for the Mighty Hike and didn’t get a Chance to have breakfast because of our start time. The bed, bedding and pillows were super comfy, we had an amazing nights sleep before our long hike. Location is perfect & view from the room stunning. Nicest bath towels I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The sensor light in bathroom was too little timed. Went out while using the toilet and while using the shower.

Good stay but could be great if offered a little me value for money.

Location. Clean rooms nicely decorated.

At this price why was breakfast not included. Ten pounds for a breakfast on top of the room price was a little expensive. So I can not comment on the quality of the breakfast. There never seemed to be anyone on reception just a bell. even after ringing the bell three times no one came. Last resort was to ring the hotel from reception. This seemed the only way to get anyone’s attention. Other than the points above this is a nice little Hotel in a great location but could be even better.

Very clean and fresh had everything we needed .lovely decorated and modern .we got front room with a lovely view of the sea . Breakfast was generous and very good well worth the money

Lovely location,room was cosy with lovely views out onto the sea. Quite peaceful. All staff were very friendly .

Didn't like the shower, water was hardly coming out . Could do with updating. Heater in room not warm enough.

initially put off by weathered exterior but more than pleased with excellent room

Nice location. Good family size room. Walking distance to the beach and shopping center. Iron and board were helpful. Clean and neat. Friendly service.

Superb

Nice clean room with a comfy bed and great sea view. Shared bathroom was also kept clean with a big, hot, high pressure shower. Friendly welcome on arrival.

The road is quite noisy if you’ve got a room that backs onto it. WiFi wasn’t great on the top floor.
