Great location. Property had every thing needed for a break away. Lovely touch of a couple of bottles of wine on arrival and fresh milk .
4.0
Convenient for the town.
Overall no complaints. May be a note that the fire escape entrance is steep and there are 2 lots of steps in the appartment.
4.5
Location and style
Fire door didn’t appear to have key
3.5
Location was what we needed
The bed protector needs washing
The lock on the flat door could be better

Location suited our purpose.
Nothing
4.0
the location was good, in the town and a short walk to the beach also a bus station near by and plenty of shops
the floor boards on the flat above were very noisy when the tenants were walking on them and not recommended for elderly couples as the stairs were quite steep.
3.5
Location was ideal (little tip inform customers to read information pack on arrival)
Steps to kitchen & bedroom otherwise fine picture shows all one level
4.0
location was great good size flat for a couple. honey (pooch) loved the underfloor heating her bed was warmer than ours 😀
no parking at the property be even worse in peak season finding a free parking space the 3 step’s in the property was a little to steap for me

Shower not great
4.5
Centrally located, close to all amenities, Warm and spacious, and well equipped. Ideal for quiet off season break for two people Also we found that the food in Cromer was very good
Parking was a minor issue, otherwise all ok

I had great difficulty accessing the property. Once I did, with the help of a kind pub owner, it was impossible to get my cases up into the place. The courtyard was made up entirely of very deep, big gravel and my wheeled luggage couldn't traverse it. If there had be one photo of this place, I NEVER would have booked it. I ended up sleeping in a room in the pub and headed out of Cromer early the next morning. Awful experience.
Accessibility, condition of the building, and where it was.
3.5
Nicely maintained flat, in good location.
Flat door very difficult to open.

location was amazing, property beautiful inside, everything was perfect for us
could have done with more utensils in the kitchen

. We love Lizzies retreat cause it has an unusual layout and it's lovely and clean and modern. Also love the location as is central to Cromer you can park the car and forget it until you go home unless you want to visit the surrounding area which we didn't this time as we have loads of times before. We have stayed here before and would stay here again without hesitation.
Nothing to dislike at all.
4.5
The place was quirky and pleasantly different. Fantastic central location.
Details on parking would have saved time.

Great location and the apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee machine and the kitchen was well equipped.
I booked the apartment due to location and also the little terrace. The terrace was unuseable and filthy so if we wanted to sit outside we had to work to the pier or promenade. At the entrance of the property there was a can full of cigarette butts which was awful and off putting. The steps to the property were also slippery when wet which was not good for my elderly mother. I sent photos of the terrace and cigarette butts to agents on Wednesday 1st June.

Location and size was perfect.
No heating in bedroom

Location was great, once I found it! Had everything that I needed. Even with the issue with the shower someone was in contact quickly and alternative offered until one on apartment was fixed.
I wasn't sure about where to leave rubbish once bin in kitchen was full and as previously stated the issue with the shower was resolved as quickly as possible
4.0
The grill pan hadn't been cleaned by previous occupants and the parking situation personally caused me stress, although if you are happy/able to pay there are car parks close enough to the flat.
Pleasant flat, everything you could need and handy back door which was helpful with the dogs although they were not keen on the steps!
4.5
Absolutely great location and a good sized/well equipped flat that was presented very clean upon arrival.
The only one thing that was disappointing was the very low flow on the shower and also a drainage problem in shower tray even with low flow. Could be easily sorted by repair/refit of shower.
4.0
Location ,excellent facilities & cleanliness
Front door, & internal didn’t lock properly
2.5
The decor and facilities were excellent, the treats left for us on arrival was very unexpected, a nice surprise.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The noise from the road was at times after 10pm very loud. Could here the people upstairs pacing about there room.
2.5
Close to beach, restaurants and shops.
Comfy bed and nice bathroom.
Appalling noise through ineffectual double glazing from traffic and revellers at night.
Accommodation on floor above had very loud squeaky floorboards when occupants moved around.
Entry to front door scruffy and rear entry through bin area scruffy - weeds, litter, dust on stairs to rear entrance. Always a problem finding a parking space.
1.5
Location very convenient and kitchen well equipped.
Next to very busy road with constant traffic from 7am.. take earplugs! Item in kitchen not labelled complimentary/ price list so didn't know if they were free or not.
5.0
No breakfast included it was accommodation only. Location perfect right in the centre of Cromer so didnt use the car all weekend.
There wasn't anything we didn't like we thought it was a perfect spacious apartment with everything you needed and a lovely central location. No negatives at all.
3.5
Property did what it said on the tin. Was central location. Had everything we needed.
Street noise could at times keep you awake/ wake you early. Outside space not usable for pet or sitting out.
4.5
Very central
All ok

ACCESS—-When we arrived we were directed to a key safe which was through old iron gate and across a yard filled with at least 6inches of gravel The only key in the safe opened the door at the top of an iron fire escape As I have to use two crutches to walk with this was not a good start We rang the number we were given and someone came round who said they had to find the keys for the door of the flat and the outside door and we would have to wait until the next day When I asked for help to put on the television she gave me some rubbish about a poor signalThe next day we were given a key to the downstairs door and were told that as we couldn’t leave the flat door over so my husband (83years old) would have to let me out of the front door ,lock it behind me and then go out of the fire escape and reverse all that to get back in as they still hadn’t found the key!!! By the 3rd morning with no key still no television and I had to set up the WiFi ,I suggested that a lock smith should be called and could someone please come and sort out the television. Finally that lunch time the lock was changed and the agent eventually set the TV up with the following instructions
Turn on with blue button When options came up on screen choose no 4 Press AV button and then use +and- button to change programs!!!!!Finally we had on day 3 of 7 a key to the doors and a television that needed written instructions The patio was full of rubbish and a pair of rusty chairs and a table
4.0
Town centre location, superb one bedroom flat
Entrance to flat via pebbled area to back stair case
3.0
I liked the surroundings of were we stayed, also the flat was ok apart from the things I have mentioned.
The drains in the shower and the kitchen were both clogged up, I had to remove hair from the shower drain to prevent water overflowing.
The advertisement of the super luxury king size bed was the top reason for picking this retreat, only to realise that it was just 2 single beds pushed together which had a very visible gap down the middle.
I feel a part refund on my money would be nice.
4.5
The whole interior was lovely.
Outside area at the back was very scruffy and dirty.
Lack of parking space, trying to find somewhere was a nightmare.
5.0
Location location
Easy to check in with key lock
Very nice apartment
Pubs and most restaurants dog friendly
Great walks
Not a real problem but water did not drain from kitchen sink.
Was not any details provided on how to work the heating.....managed in the end.
