Breakfast was excellent and Owner was informative and interesting. We love places busy with wildlife.
It was cold in the bedroom. for a one night stay it should have been cosy. No other gripes.

location in a quiet road ..25 minute walk to the town centre venues and beach, take a torch for a evening trip as there is a section of road that is unpaved and not lit. £4 cab ride back .

The family room could have done with decent blinds. Big tall window in the room which let in early morning summer light. This meant very early starts as room got so light, waking the children.

Comfortable room with an excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and top quality ingredients, including fresh eggs from their own hens.
The house is in a very quiet spot surrounded by woods. 15 minute walk into Cromer

The 2 hightlights were the breakfast and the wildlife seen from both our bedroom window and the breakfast room.
The floor can be quite squeeky especially during the night.

position was great as lots of wildlife watching during breakfast,
although we are dog lovers we did not feel that the 2 big dogs should be near the kitchen and dining area, some people might not like having to walk past them to go to dining area, breakfast was plentiful but would have been nice with a bit more choice on the cooked option and not doorstop toast....

Very welcoming place to stay. Comfortable and characterful. Peaceful location but only a short pleasant walk into the centre of Cromer. Not much farther in the opposite direction and you're in Felbrigg Hall. Breakfast is great - you're able to watch all the animals going about their business as you dine.
That I came home.

very homely, welcoming and spacious stay. nothing was too much trouble. everything you could possibly need in the room too. lots of added additional touches. beautiful grounds, very quiet and peaceful. we will be back
nothing to dislike. slightly tricky to find if you rely on the Satnav but that’s no reflection on the accommodation
