Liked decor of room and partial sea view. Breakfast choice available quite good. Evening meal choice adequate and meal ok.
Uneven and movement in floor especially by wash basin , plug would not retain water in basin meaning tap had to on run longer (water wastage not environmentally friendly) shower was great however. Some of crookery used in dinning room gad chips!

Rooms were not as advertised. Dated and dirty

Lovely hotel, friendly staff
Drinks expensive, bedroom was really old

Location and breakfast
The rooms are not as advertised majority being grey decor and modern. We had to move rooms as the first one room 105 the wardrobe door was hanging off, there was a crack/hole in bathroom sink and no room to swing a cat . We were claustrophobic and staying for 3nights not good enough. One of the women on reception with dark hair very dismissive and rude we booked months prior to going and were put in the smallest, grubbiest room ever. The room we got was much better but again not the modern grey decor as it is on most pictures on the booking site.very disappointed and felt ripped off. We had our friends staying too and they also had to complain !!

I was very pleased with my room, I had a great view of Blackpool tower which was a nice surprise.
I found people walking along the corridor quite noisy as the old floorboards are creaky.

Only that we had to pay for parking in the hotel car park.

very clean; very good wi-fi and coffee / tea facilities. Nice bathroom very bright. The bed was a nice design and comfy.
Needed sockets near the bed. Sea view was at a stretch

The bedroom was very up to date and modern. I liked their choice of colour.
Only 2 plug sockets in the room. Both needed to charge our phones, kettle and hair straightener. It was not enough. The hall way and reception area does not match the room, think they are renovating the hotel one by one.

The view from the room, sea front and close to tram stop also just a short walk to the north pier
TV didn't work had to ask someone to have a look at it still didn't work
Breakfast wasn't very good, not much choice and food was of a poor standard
Lift to the floor wasn't great still had to walk down a flight of stairs to get to room with cases and 2 children
Not much parking space for all guests

Hotel was very clean. We had a refurbished room with a sea view.
All the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the evening entertainment at the hotel.
The only thing I didn't like were the lumpy pillows.

The staff couldn't do enough to help and were all extremely friendly.
The carpet in the bedroom was very worn and really needs replacing. The decor of the room could also do with an update, pink is not the best colour wall paper or bathroom suite.

The entertainment was good, a nice atmosphere in the hotel. The size of the room was fantastic.
The rooms need updating, the bathroom and furniture was was very old fashioned. When booking, the rooms displayed were modern and had been renovated, it was a shame our room wasn't one of these. I think that breakfast should have been included in the price. The wind whistled through the window and didn't close properly.

The hotel and staff were excellent. I’m surprised that it only a 3 star hotel with all it has to offer. Although we didn’t eat there we kind of wished we had as the smells coming from the dining room were lovely. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Great place
The only one constructive criticism was parking, for the size of the establishment the parking area is a little small.

Everything really but most impressed with the breakfast service.
If I have to find something I would prefer earlier breakfast but I imagine 08.00 suits the majority
