Exceptional

I don’t know why ?? but I always look for Fiesta Inn wherever I go, mi experience at Fiesta inn Veracruz was amazing I can’t not complain, super clean restaurant, rooms, and what can I say about the employees 🥰 efficient service, I really love it 😍 These property has the most Beutifull location everything is so close… I don’t have more words I love it ❤️❤️❤️

Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great - near the malecon and easy walking distance to the zocalo. It was also very secure since it was opposite the navy property which was always guarded. The buffet breakfast was also very good - wide variety of food and the fact that it's available from 6am to 12pm on weekdays and 6am to 1pm on the weekends is an added bonus. One doesn't have to get up early for the breakfast and one can skip lunch. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful.

The hotel is very well located but the building and the amenities are a little old. There's plenty of space in the room but not very well used. The gym was really basic and the pool wasn't very attractive.

I liked the proximity to the main plaza and boardwalk, sea front. The hotel was very nice and staff friendly and very helpful, I asked them if they could print some papers off for me and they were only happy to do so.

I had booked a king-size room with a balcony and sea views but as I arrived earlier I got offered another room which was a family room. I was happy to check in early but I asked if the other room had sea views and I was told it didn't. If it had of I would have waited...

Dissapointed with the rooms

Just location

it is pointless to have a reservation for a room that they can decide to change subject to availability even if it does not have the right ocean view. Not very helpful staff wanted us to think that it was actually an upgrade’ to get such a room with the wrong number of beds.

not good as expected. not coming back again

I liked the location of it, I had a really good view of the sea and ships. It was really good, BUT, you have to be in the upper floors because they have a nice terrace.My parents were in below floors and their window didn’t open at all.

The rooms were dated and not as polished as they were shown in pictures. Our bedsheets were dirty and they smell pretty bad. The staff sent someone over but they just change them for a worst ones….
