restaurants staff needs better training!

room had a nice big bathroom & ac.

no microwave or fridge. also there’s no late check out available.

it’s a really convenient spot if you take the bus and are looking to shortly stop in Veracruz.

it’s really close to the bus station. the check in time is flexible. Staffs are really nice and the commute to downtown is fast too!

the bathroom window is open from the outside which made me feel a little unsafe.

Nothing fancy but would stay here again for an overnighter.

Overall the hotel was fine. Nothing exceptional or special about it. It looks a bit run down or worn out. But everything seems to work. So for a quick stop over this will do perfectly fine. The location is right next the main bus terminal, which means a lot of one-night people run around the place all the time. But it also means a taxi to the city centre is always ready to go.

The photos had some kind of filter and didn't really match the state/color of the rooms. But if you look at the furniture and such it matches the photos. So my expectation was a bit nicer/newer hotel. Especially for the price we paid. Instead it looks run-down and old. Some of the rooms, despite the no smoking signs, stink of cigarettes. I instantly changed rooms on arrival because of this. The 3rd and 4th floors seem the noisiest. With people loitering around the place day and night. My 2nd room was on the 1st floor which was quiet.

It's an older building but is very clean and well stocked in the bathroom with 2 nice towels, soap, shampoo.

Its a great location closed to the Busses, food service was okay, they did not seem busy, but they were kind of slow. the breakfast included its pretty basic, but as far as location and cleanliness they are good.
