Perfect location and very comfortable stay!

Great location, close to shops and city centre. Very roomy apartment, with everything you need.

Could hear banging noise outside apartments from early in the morning (road workers)?

I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent location, only a short walk to Westfield mall and other shops. Nice and quiet. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Loved the location, easy access for parking, beautiful greeting from your staff at the reception especially the Island lady apology can’t remember her name. Over all your staff were lovely and friendly, professional and attentive to our needs, the rooms hygiene impeccable can not fault. Drop of a hat my family and I would use your accommodation again, I will certainly recommend your apartments to friends, family and colleagues. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

Great location, clean room, reasonably comfortable but VERY noisy.

The hotel was in a great location in Newmarket. Parking was nice and secure.

We were given a room on the ground/first floor which was opposite some restaurants so we were a bit nervous that we would get noise from them, however the restaurants were shutting by the time we wanted to go to bed. Unfortunately, rubbish trucks came to collect/empty bins from surrounding businesses very early in the morning - right outside the window. Then a refrigerated delivery truck parked outside the window for a while with it's noisy engine running. In addition, the bathroom had an automatic extractor fan attached to the light switch, which automatically engaged once the light had been on for about a minute. The fan was REALLY loud, particularly in the bedroom (it was a 1 bedroom unit) and continued for about 10 minutes after the light had been switched off. So if the bathroom was used in the night the fan switched on - and with 3 of us sharing the unit this happened at least 3 times. Then, when using the shower in the morning, the extractor fan didn't even work despite its noise - the walls were streaming with steam vapour and the mirror was totally fogged up.

elevator was being serviced and this was not conveyed to us before we arrived…staff apologised as Booking.com did not inform us. Fruit flies in the room throughout..perhaps supply flyspray in rooms in future😊

Great location and comfortable property near transport

Excellent location and tidy property with comfortable bed and reasonable room size. I liked having a kitchen with microwave and cooking facilities.

The reception staff, while friendly, did not seem that interested in guests and were just doing their hours. I would have liked someone to have asked me if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. I was also not introduced to services such as breakfast and any other facilities on the property.

Reasonably priced comfortable accommodation handy to the city, what more can one ask for?

These apartments are roomy, with two comfortable chairs, and the bed is comfortable. The reception staff are always very pleasant, and having onsite parking is a bonus for me.

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

Great location and friendly helpful reception. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was a bit tired looking. The door to the apartment was very difficult to open. It was sticking in the corner and heavy which made it a bit difficult to get in and out.

Another very enjoyable stay at our favourite apartments!!
