Value for money, room simple and clean.
The staff were rude, especially one man who was actually agressive and hardly understood English. The female housekeeper kept banging on the door until it was opened, like an episode of Fawlty Towers with Manuel. The bathroom smelled like a sewer with smells coming up from the drain when showering. Sometimes room was serviced, sometimes not. We were renovating so only wanted to sleep.

Super comfy bed and pillows.
Great location - easy to get on and off the motorway. An easy and short walk to Westfield Newmarket and town which has supermarkets, good restaurants and shops.
Free WIFI.
On-site parking.
I checked in the early evening. There was a mold patch (30cm width by 120cm length) on the netting curtain in the room. I took a photo and showed the front desk and asked for it to be replaced the next day - which they did. They offered a different room which was nice but I didn't want to move because I had unpacked all my stuff.
The kitchen and lounge area is closed off due to renovations. This was not mentioned at the time of booking.

The accommodation was exactly what we needed and good value for money. Clean, basic and a comfy bed - can't complain.
Parking is $15 a night, which seems a bit steep considering that you've already paid for a room. You definitely need a car for this area as it is not near the main area or the airport.

Have stayed before and they're a great room for a decent price. Was glad to be on the other side away from.the main road this time, was quieter.
Nothing bad, but it is quite a drive from the airport if that's your destination.

It was cool that it wasn’t fully booked and I had the room by myself.
Very dirty. Very molted room!! Staff wasn’t completely helpfull.
When I booked it was written there is a kitchen, but the kitchen can’t be used anymore.
So I needed to eat outside.

I like the feeling of knowing that I'm more comfortable here. I get to relax meet others who also stay there
Loud patrons and the hotel appliances that's provided in double & King suite rooms are damaged by other short stays, and still the Hotel#9 will replace it"

the location was great was 10mins drive from the city close to the market and the room was great.

The most wonderful accommodating staff as always. Thank you, especially to Annie, who goes completely out of her way to go over and above, the port of call, with efficiency, helpfulness, and customer service. Very professional and I would highly recommend this Hotel. Perfect location for all in walking distance. Value for money.

I requested for car park and ground room for disabled. I received the reply on same time I booked all my requested excepted with no extra charge, but when we checked in, the reception still charged us $15.00 per night. we paid but I requested for the park close to the entrance cos my husband can’t walk far. first time we paid for parking at hotel normal motel and hotel free parking.

Nothing
I arrived late to people hanging around outside which made me feel very unsafe. It had not been clearly explained to me in advance how to check in after hours and I was left standing outside and then in the lobby waiting for someone to appear. I was told to move my car to park in a space someone was already in, so I kept having to run backwards and forwards in the dark round the building as there was no way to access the car park from reception. When I got to my room it stank of feet and looked very unclean. I then couldn't sleep as the guests in the room next door were shouting until 2am and when they were finally quiet the security lights kept me awake as the curtains didn't close properly. I paid for a comfortable night's sleep and that is the exact opposite of what I got. In the morning I wanted to complain to management but there was no-one on reception until 8.30am and I needed to leave. All in all this is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The area didn't feel safe either and there were sirens going past during the night. I was so glad I was only there for one night and couldn't wait for it to be morning so I could leave.

Right next to main road and it was noisy with traffic going all night. Bathroom too small and ok...
