Siisti hotelli, loistava aamiainen ja erinomainen sijainti.

Ihana ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Huoneen Chromecast toimi loistavasti. Autohalli hotellin vieressä.

Huoneessa oli viileää, vaikka säästimme lisää lämpöä. Erityisesti kylpyhuoneessa oli kylmä, kaakelilattialle ei voinut aamulla astua levittämättä pyyheliinaa jalkojen alle. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ole lämpöpatteria eikä lattialämpöä.

Location is very central, parking easily accessible

the toilet constantly refilled, very noisy (I didnt notify the hotel until check out as I was only there for one night, closing the bathroom door minimized the noise). The smell upon entering the hotel was very overpowering and not to my taste

Good location, comfortable beds - some staff lacking in customer service skills

Great location, the swim lane is a great addition! Comfy and clean rooms.

If your room overlooks the swim area, the noise from the Main Street goes on into the night and is loud. Also the air con is very noisy and goes on and off automatically throughout the night which woke us a few times. Staff member Eric had a very negative attitude and wasn’t helpful where as the other staff members were very accommodating

Great hotel for couples and families alike

Great breakfast, super cool design and lots of children's activities in the recrption hall. Servica staff is always up and ready to assist. Big comfy rooms. Note that floors 2-4 are with showers and 5-7 are with bath tubs. The pool bar and surroundimgs is great too.

The pool is a simbolic one, as it is tiny, but who has time to swim when Toulouse is just ouside the doors?

Convenient location, easy enough to park

We ended up with a privilege room, 623, which is smaller than the other privilege rooms. When we complained, we were informed that the size of the room informed on booking is of the smallest one. Ok, fair enough, but some rooms are smaller although the price is the same.

The price of the breakfast was ridiculously expensive. There should be a traditional French breakfast of a croissant, baguette and coffee for 6 euros each.

Convenient location, but mattress were too hard for good night sleep.

Room was fine. Bed was too hard for our liking. Location was a bit challenging to access by taxi, but was great for walking as it’s close to so many restaurants and shops.

The beds were too hard and pillow options were weird. Breakfast had a lot of options, but none for vegans like us. That really needs to be fixed, as there are great vegan restaurants nearby, meaning clientele in the area want vegan options.

City Hotel

Located in the center of city, everywhere is at walking distance. A standart city hotel.

Room is a bit old, bathroom looks older. Getting in to bathtub is not easy task!

Quite Poor and it should not be 4 star rated

The best thing booking this hotel is the location. The Staff helpful and friendly.

I did not like the fact that we cound not control the temperature of the room ourselves at some point the temperature was very high. Everything is basic in the bathroom we only found shower gel and hand washing liquid otherwise only one disposal cap so the other person remains without and the cleaners do not replace when used. Instead of a normal teacup we had paper cups. I think the hotel is overrated.

Not worth it, either go somewhere cheaper or pay a bit more for a nicer place

Location is great, and the staff is courteous and professional.

The room is dated and tired, the bed is comfortable enough, but the pillows are of the cheap synthetic kind and not at all great. The bathroom is unmistakeably a 90's three star hotel. There is nothing that is particularly terrible about the hotel, but also, nothing particularly great either. I am slightly at lost as to how this is a four start hotel.

Great breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful staff

We had a suite with a kitchen and living room. The furnishings in the living room were a bit basic and didn't make us feel like we wanted to sit and enjoy "living" in that room.

The location was fantastic, very central and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and delicious.

Very convenient for a city break to an unexpectedly nice city

Location - right in the centre, nice part of town - very helpful staff - kept our luggage in a secure place after we checked out until - our flight later that day. That was a service we really appreciated

lift from street to lobby/reception was out of order - had to carry a luggage up steps
