Personnel aux petits soins, situation géographique au top, rien ne manquait dans les chambres.

A bright, comfortable, smart hotel with excellent staff.

Modern classy hotel. We had an enormous junior suite. Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Best breakfast we have had in a hotel for a long time. Lots of choice - cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit, breads and a hot section for cooked breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.

The position is a bit far out ( although a minutes walk to the canal) and a dearth of non fast food eateries. That said, metro just at the top of the road can take you into town centre.

Had to request for room change

The 2nd room that I got was relatively comfortable. Over half of the staff members are pleasant to engage with.

The first room I was given came with an offensive toxic chemical-like smell that only got more intense. I was tired after the journey to the city and tolerated the same to have a nap. Initially, I had naively thought that's just the way rooms are clean in this part of France, but by the middle first night I got quite nauseous and had to ask reception to change rooms. The staff member who came to the room with me confirmed the same, and described the smell as "wet". I cannot understand why I would have been given a room like that in the first place. The second room I got on the ground floor was okay, but earplugs are a must here. The room was next to some sort of a car park. For two nights there were people shouting and laughing quite close to the window, and at one point it was as if something was thrown and hit the same.

Excellent experience overall, room clean and comfy,15 minutes walk away from the place du Capitole.

The room was very good, clean, comfortable. The hotel also provides a private parking if you have a car.

The breakfast could be improved.

French hospitality and value at it's best.

Staff are amazing, their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness second to none. The (paid) late checkout made the visit to Toulouse much more enjoyable. The location is excellent at less than 15 minutes walk to the centre, with all Toulouse has to offer. The airport is one of the few where spending time is enjoyable! We really appreciated the follow up messages from the staff and general manager (good customer systems 👍)

We will come back.

Great location in Toulouse

Location is great, you can wake up and walk around central Toulouse. The rooms are modern and have all amenities available. Parking is available as well.

Parking is kinda hard for larger cars.

Excellent service in a well-run hotel conveniently situated minutes away from the city centre.

The hotel is situated in a large, main, tree-lined street with attractive traditional buildings, just round the corner and minutes away from the centre of the city. The location was very quiet and peaceful, but with all amenities very close by. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, polite and very helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean, tidy and well decorated, and the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The staff were very approachable and friendly at all times of the day and evening, if asked for assistance.

Excellent

The staff were super friendly, conversed well in English with my non French speaking partner. It was super clean inside. Surprised my partner got his birthday with a lovely display!

The carpets were a little old in the room we were staying in, slightly too far away from centre but excellent public transport

Very good hotel if you need to go the to exhibition center.

If you need to visit the exhibition center, the hotel is very well situated. Had a nice room with terrasse on the back side, very quiet. Separate breakfast rooms for breakfast buffet and standard breakfast (no buffet)

The hotel parking is a bit small, make sure to be there early enough to get some space.
