Behulpzame leiding. Nogal krappe kamer.

De ligging.

Er was vooraf niet gecontroleerd of alles werkte. TV aansluiting kapot; lamp kapot; bedlampje werkte aanvankelijk niet.

Disappointing and false advertising

The location was excellent

The comment on the website was that ‘ this property can be noisy’. This is an understatement. I would say if you want to go clubbing this is a perfect property as you will be out of the apartment and not worry about the noise. But if you are a family wanting to get sleep prior to 3am then this apartment is not for you. I was so disappointed as our lack of sleep from my young children because of the thumping noise till 3am ruined our second day in Cologne as the children were too tired and we ended up returning home early. It was hideously expensive too. We have stayed in apartments just next to major landmarks in other countries for the same price that were beautiful. This apartment didn’t even provide some tea or coffee!!

Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding op een hele mooie locatie.

Wij kwamen kletsnat en een uurtje vroeg aan. Geen enkel probleem, zelfs onze fietsen mochten we binnen stallen. Kortom vriendelijk en gastvrije ontvangst.

Je kan er niet ontbijten. Dat kan trouwens op de oever wel.

En god oplevelse, også at besøge Kôln by, som virker som en meget velholdt by med gode byrum mm.

Fremragende beliggenhed. Pænt værelse. Det var dog ikke muligt at få morgenmad. Se neden for.

At det ikke var muligt at kunne lave en kop kaffe eller lignende. Vi opdagede selv, at vi kunne købe kaffe i kiosken ved siden af hotellet. Her kunne det være ønskeligt at hotellet henviste til den mulighed.

Zentral, Kommunikation und Organisation unkompliziert, preiswert.

Das Bett war fürchterlich, konnte nicht schlafen.

Very good

Excellent location, exceptionally big apartment, deco is basic, a small TV is lost in a such big room. The apartment is on a quiet street, located behind the noisy riverside restaurants and bars, we were lucky the music festival was on in the square, which is a couple of munite walk, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cologne.

One of the apartments was down a back alley so not the easiest to find at night.

Cheap, not very cheerful, but excellent location.

Check in times are different than stated beforehand and quite limited. No staff present in the hotel outside of the two hours check in window.

Room was hot, only way to keep cool was open all windows. Noise from party goers in the street all night and construction work directly on the doorstep starting early in the morning meant that it was hard to sleep.

Lots of littering along the river front and broken glass, poorly maintained area. Noisy early in the morning too.

spacious stay in a great location!

the property was huge and in the best location! we had four adults and two children and there was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen had pots and pans to cook and there was even a washing machine for our clothes.

Horror movie

If you are into horror movies this apartment suites you. we found a mouse in the house and when we hunted it, we found every type of garbage under the bed (including a toilet lid). I kindly advise the staff to clean compleately the room before rent it to somebody else.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer. How does management miss this? My poor mother was dry heaving for goodness sake! Additionally, the living area in the apartment smelled horrible! No ONE deserves this

Wonderful location, nice staff, comfortable, but dirty

Location was perfect! Walking distance to the Dom and our favorite Christmas markets.

It was a bit dusty. The floors weren’t clean and some dirty dishes had been overlooked from the previous occupants, but everything else was nice.

I will take another hotel next time

the center of town,

that there was no breakfast, we were disappointed of the place which was ok several years ago, they say there is no beakfast because of Covid ! maybe they have no staff anymore

The beds were really nice and the location of the accomodation was nice.

There was quite some noise at night and in the morning, in front of the bedroom window too.

Great location. Smooth check in at night via lockbox from outside the hotel. The apartment is a 2 minute walk around the corner. Very comfortable beds.

There was a small kitchen area in the main bedroom with a kettle and microwave but no tea or coffee or sugar provided as you would expect in a 3 star hotel. Huge fridge freezer but limited cups and glasses etc.
