Top für einen Städtetrip!

Die Lage war toll, die Zimmer waren schön und ein Parkplatz in zentraler Lage war ebenfalls gegeben. Verkehrstechnisch auch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Daher rundum perfekt für einen Städtetrip!

Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt. An einem Tag hat man trotz vierstündiger Abwesenheit unsererseits nicht geschafft, das Zimmer aufzuräumen, obwohl die Dame uns gesehen hat.

Good for a short stay

Was clean and staff were always available. Just a stopover so didn’t really use or look for any extras offered but rooms were as described. Single room - small but had everything you needed. Easy access to trams and a train station.

Swiss Night by Fassbind is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.

The receptionist, Dominque, did everything he could to repair the AC unit in our room and to relocate us into a different room. Unfortunately, neither room had functioning AC units.

The AC issues were known to the owner/manager based on prior guest reviews. The timing of the AC units not being functional could not have been more inconvenient: it was during the summer's extreme heat wave. The hotel manager/owner advertised the room as having AC, however, despite the lack of AC (false advertisement) they refused to issue a full refund. We ended up staying at another hotel that isn't owned by a slumlord. DO NOT STAY AT ANY OF THE FASSBIND HOTELS. THEY ARE CHEEPSKATES AND ARE INEPT AT MANAGING HOTELS.

A very pleasant hotel with good facilities in a convenient location

I’m a peaceful area. Comfortable rooms with great facilities. Short walk to town to head into the centre

The staff could have been a little more friendly - they generally chose not to proactively interact When coming into reception and we asked if we could use a table in the breakfast room to play a board game with the children as we waited for heavy rain to stop but they said it was too difficult to re- lay the table. Without other suggestions from them it felt a little unhelpful.

Good value for our money. Great location, the city centre is within easy walking distance. The possibility of parking in front of the hotel, in a reserved area for guests, was a great value for us. Nice, stylish room.

The beds were not the most comfortable for us.

Gym facilities and all the mod cons available. The hotels decoration is wonderful and very authentic. The location is very quite but you're still close to the city centre.

The WiFi was a bit temperamental.

Good stay in quiet and classy hotel

Very good experience. Very clean and in high standard with interesting design. Comfortable beds. Dark curtains. available Good location to sight see the city- no public transport is needed. Up to 20 min walk to get to almost all attractions. Calm and quiet neighborhood. nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and the location was quite close to central.

The climate control was not working, they forgot to give me pillows ( that's a first) and the beds were uncomfortable.

Staff was very accommodating, hotel was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Convenient to local attractions and restaurants. Staff made outstanding recommendations of local favorites.

The cutest little Hotel. The attention to detail in the room with decor was beautiful. Exceptionally clean. Beds comfortable. Shower great and location spot on. We didn't want to leave.

convenient and a bit traditional , quiet location

house keeping, not as efficient , only make the the beds but bathroom not cleaned probably especially will are three staying in the room . coffee cups not washed and leaking pipes below the sink . had to complain a coupe of times before it been fixed
