Do atendimento e da facilidade para ir de ônibus ao centro e também para vir do aeroporto.
Gostei muito do hotel, recomendo.

Hotel was in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Quick access to public transport and train station was about a 10 minute walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there daily and it was delicious and filling. The room was clean but small. We were rarely in the room so the size was not an issue.

Staff was very nice and helpful. We could leave our bags there and pick them up later in the day on the check-out day.
We were not made aware about building works outside hotel. It was very noisy from 0630 in the morning. I hope building work will be finished soon, it would be nice if we were told ahead of our stay. Breakfast was not great if you arrived after 0900. As we were having late breakfast - food was mostly gone, and one point there was no coffee. We did not complain as maybe it is a part of Swiss culture. Not sure.

It was located right in the heart of old town. Very nice and quiet rooms. It felt like the building had a lot of history but everything was in very good condition.
We had a little bit of luggage and there were steps leading up to the lobby area. There was elevator access from that point, but we had to haul the luggage up to the lobby.

location is unbeatable.
may be a bit loud in summer with open windows to the square. windows are good enough to cancel most noise though

Location was right in the city centre/old town, easy to get around, close to main train station. Water in the shower was nicely cold, which was pleasant to take a cold shower after a hot day.
We happened to have our stay during the biggest party weekend (apparently, happens in Zurich every three years or so), so our experience and stay were spoilt by that. The music didn't stop until 4am every night, we couldn't even walk around the city as streets were closed and packed with thousands of people, rubbish was everywhere when we walked out to breakfast in the morning. Not nessesserily the hotel fault, but for that staff wasn't really accommodating, just gave us earplugs and that's it. I feel the hotel could get in touch with us prior to our arrival to let us know about the party weekend and what to expect and to give us an opportunity to reconsider our stay in case partying wasn't the main intention for our time in Zurich.
The room was quite basic, no air con, no fridge, we couldn't open the window because of noise, the bathroom and shower were very small.. there're quite a few steep stairs to get to the reception which was difficult with heavy luggage. I know for Zurich it may have been a good value for money, but I felt we got a very basic uncomfortable accommodation for quite high price we paid.

Right in the city center, close to everything important to visit. The staff is very friendly. Helped us with everything we asked.

The hotel is close to all the sites and walking distance from main train station. I got to the hotel early so they checked to see if my room was ready (and it was) so they let me have the room earlier than usual so I didn't have wait around.

Breakfast, location, wine bar in the cellar

Location was right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Extremely close and easy to reach the Central train station. Staff were amazing, quick and easy check in, always greeting with a smile. Breakfast staff went out of his way to cater to my requests. Hotel was very clean overall and they cleaned my room and made the bed while I was out.
You have to leave your room key at reception every time you leave the property and when asking for it upon return they don’t check ID or anything if if the staff have changed, you just say true room number and they hand you the keys. It makes me wonder if someone else asked for my room key and they might have given it.
The breakfast range was very small and since I don’t eat meat either there was not much of an option for me.

An excellent location and really helpful staff.

After not having soya milk for me the first morning, and asking that they make sure the following day they do have, they indeed had the second morning.
Overall their breakfast is really nice.
No elevator from the street to reception, need to carry your luggage up the stairs and there's only one receptionist sometimes a not-so-masculine lady.
There's a bad smell straight when entering.
There's a very weird curtain in the entrance.
Room is very small compare to price, and was super cold when entering. After turning on thw heating it took 1 hour and room temperature was ok.
The shower is the worse!
The stream is very very weak. And the temperature is constantly flanctuating, moving from cold to burning your skin.
Maybe it was only my room, but experience was not great.

Beautiful old style hotel in old part of Zurich. Easy walk from the station, close to shops and restaurants, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

Nothing except the location
Everything staff was giving us looks like we are asking for something for free it was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING LIKE IT WAS OUR COLOR OR WHAT BUT ONE OF THE WORST SO FAR

Place and good city view
To loud

Central location. Very friendly staff. Room cleanliness and a decent breakfast.
The hotel rooms are a bit basic for the money and the hotel lacks a communal lounge area to relax with friends and enjoy a drink when back at the hotel though this would just be a nice additional option to have, it would not prevent us from returning to the hotel as it is really centrally located and has everything on its doorstep
During our stay the room service was a bit hit and miss. Tea/Coffee was not always replenished in the room for a couple of days and dirty cups were not always removed, though we put this down to an oversight and did not raise this issue with the staff during our stay. Had we done so, I have no doubt that staff would have sorted immediately as they were friendly and very obliging during our stay.

location

The hotel has a central location. However, it’s also in a very commercial a touristic street.
Don’t choose this hotel because of its lower price, it’s still EXTREMELY bad value for money. The rooms are super old, everything is falling apart, the water in the shower goes from boiling hot to freezing cold constantly, the bathroom is truly ridiculous with all accessories half broken. I raised my concerns to the staff and they literally told me ‘old building in Zurich, this is what you get’. I am not even kidding when I say that the first evening I felt so bad my money was going to be spent so badly that it made me cry.

location was amazing, the staff were wonderful
very small bed, steps at the entrance,
wanted extra bed cover…had to bring them myself

I was very happy with the hotel - it has a long history which can be seen. The staff was very helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was diverse (I especially liked the fresh bread options and the fruits). The WiFi was great.
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town and it was very easy to walk to the universities and downtown in just minutes. Highly recommended!
As the building is old, the walls are not too sound proof. I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone etc. As a heatlhy food addict, I would always prefer more salad, vegetables and fruits in the breakfast.
3.8
Very convenient, good location.
Although the whole family arrived a few hours earlier than planned, in the morning hours, the hotel team made a special effort to ensure we will received the rooms within 5-10 minutes.

The hotel is in the heart of Zürich, close to one of the best fondue restaurants in town. The room is clean and the receptionists are nice.
Initially we didn’t opt in for the breakfast and we decided to do so only at the time of our arrival. The price is extremely high (18 CFH p.p.) so bare that in mind and book it in advance from the app.
3.8
check in possible all night as night guard on site. close to shopping and old town. however no hvac and if you open the windows it’s not a quiet place even if the room is towards a small side road. bathroom very small and old fashioned shower.
ok for 1 night and single use
small bathroom and noisy environment. no hvac

The location of the hotel is great and there is a wine cellar open most evenings which is amazing. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and guided us brilliantly. The bedroom was clean and spacious.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, but given that this is a 300+ year old building, not everything can be made into 21c standards.

we loved the old building remodel and the wine cellar was amazing!
a bit noisy in the mornings with housekeeping

location
room very small for that price

Excellent location in the old city. Nice practical room. Surprisingly quiet in consideration of the central location. Very friendly staff (including the lovely small dog) always ready to help. I'll certainly come back!

Really great spot - would recommend
