Perfect appart-hotel for families. Equipment, cleanliness, wifi, amenities, location, staff, parking.

Recommended

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous. The view was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was underground for 28 franks/ day.

It is a bit far from the center. Takes around 10-15 minutes walking. There is a tram station that can take you everywhere . Ticket price was 8.50 franks / 24 hrs. The hotel can provide you with the ticket as well. At the checkout , make sure you double check the bill because there might be additional charges of things that shouldn’t be charged on you.

Exceptional

The apartments are big and new, very well-kept, with a big bathroom. We also liked the location with great views over the river and uetliberg, while being a short walk into the city center

Being charged extra CHF25/day to use the kitchen - it’s a good kitchen which we used almost every day, but ideally this is included especially for the 1 bedroom apartments

Nice and comfy

It was a bit far from the city but tram is available.

That if we ordered bfast then kitchen was not open for use. Very limited options for bfast also. Parking area is bit congested and bit tricky.

Overall, it is cozy & great. Love the nice balcony, facilities & spacious area for the junior suite

We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was great, very fresh, and not too much or too little. But some days they missed sending the correct items. For e.g., we asked for 1 gluten-free bread and 1 regular bread basket, and also a cheese platter for vegetarians (no ham, etc.). Then 2 of 5 days they sent us without gluten-free bread and cheese platter with ham etc. Other than that, it was great.

The bed is very noisy, because of the goose downs. The shower spray is simply very weak and it takes time to adjust the temperature to the correct one. Shower-curtain has a bit of a smell, but it is functional (no water drips/leaks from it as the usual shower area with curtain (we prefer the glass one). The sink in the bathroom is very flat and the water splashed a lot when we washed our face etc.

They want to count and charge my little 4 years and giving reason she need to have another room due to fire safety reason which for me that reason too strange.

comfortable resting stop for our Switzerland exploration.

Good apartment size. quiet location not too far from tram and train station. comfortable stay. accommodating of luggage storage.

dryer does not work well. additional CHF25 per day for kitchenette use, first time experiencing this as all other apartments I’ve been to include it in the rates.

Great location, lovely staffs.

Very convenient location. Tram stop just right at door steps. Location also close to Zurich HB where all trains departing. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Extra charge of CHF20 to use the kitchen which was not clearly stated in booking.com

Simply fabulous!

Simply it’s amazing…. we all loved it …. so clean, modern, spacious and it has everything you need. the breakfast in the room is a must … lots of variety with a very reasonable price.

Modern Suite with Homely Feel

Very nice, modern features with an inviting atmosphere, which made it instantly feel like home.

I believe there may have been a protest going on, which was relatively loud early Sunday morning.

Beautiful and super clean spacious apartment at a great location

Spacious and cleaned of the apartment. Convenient location Very quiet street

The kitchen. Though we don’t cook. But a basic set of utensils such as plates, spoons, forks and knives should be available since it is not a hotel room but an apartment. So guests can get food and enjoy it in its spacious living room. They have them. But you need to pay 25 CHF for it. I don’t know if it is per day or per stay.

Really nice!

The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was really nice all the time and ready to support when needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Everything fresh with many options.

Good

Big appartmant, with fully equiped kitchen not too far from the train station and near to a buss stop. Nice view on the river from the living room and good internet.

Had to pay an extra Service fee or something to use the Kitchen. It is pointless in my opinion to advertise an appartement with a kitchen and then ask extra fees for using it. Had to call someone to our room to flipp some switches and unlock cupboards. Really find that a waste.

Staff. Didn’t want to turn up the Air Conditioning. Most (not all) the staff was not friendly. They were rather unfriendly, except for the persons in charge. They were ok, but had to be called for
