Hotel Grand Minerva is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with excellent location. It has an amazing rooftop pool with panoram

Gorgeous hotel with amazing location. Very close to the train station. Beautiful roof top pool with gorgeous panoramic views. Delicious breakfast buffet and friendly staff

Night concierge was not super helpful. When we stayed there was train strike and our train to Rome was cancelled. We contacted the concierge to see if they could help us coordinate a private car or taxi and she said no. That we would have to do this on our own. This turned out to be a very stressful event.

The hotel was lovely, clean, and offers many amenities but the rooftop pool was my favorite.

Air conditioning in the room was very loud and the bed/pillows were not the most comfortable.

I was traveling with my daughter and we had a great time in Florence. the Hotel was in a perfect location to everything

the location was perfect and it as a beautiful property. very comfortable and the roof top bar was an amazing view. I had some amazing weather which was perfect and o see the views. I would like to say that Alissia at the front desk was amazing. I had my wallet stolen and lost all my money and credit cards and she was so helpful, making local calls and directing me what to do. I can’t thank her enough!!!

the beds were not the most comfortable but everything else else was amazing. I would come back again for sure regardless of the beds.

Great location and service!

Loved the location, close to the train station and within walking distance of everything you'd want to do in Florence. Amazing rooftop views of the city, especially at night! Wonderful service from staff as well.

Nothing to criticize. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Outstanding Full Service Hotel

It was a phenomenal experience of: Outstanding Customer Service, Beautiful Hotel, Great Location, Clean Room, and Great Variety Breakfast Buffet. My son and I are super picky and hard to please people; yet I whole heartedly agree with his statement upon entering the hotel: “Wow, This is so far the best hotel we have stayed at in Europe, I can’t believe we’re only staying here just 1 night!” Thank to the Grand Hotel Minerva front desk staff for making our 1 night a memorable experience!

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Minerva, thx a lot.

The location was great and very close to most of landmarks, the room was spacious and really romantic like its name and the breakfast was really good as well. Just one point, as we were there for 5 days we have not seen diversity in day to day breakfast, but with no doubt it was really good per se.

It is a good idea if there would be some different items with more diversity in breakfast everyday.

Roof garden, pool and bar was great! Excellent breakfast. Top location. Friendly staff (I should have started with the staff). Five minutes from the train station, and another three from the river. Valet parking.

Fabulous location, and the bonus of a pool.

Amazing location, and the rooftop pool is a fantastic bonus. The hotel room was very nice - we had one of the standard doubles - functional and very clean. We asked for a kettle and tea/coffee which came immediately. The rooftop bar is a nice treat, but drinks and food are very expensive - €15 for a glass of wine. Breakfast was good with some very nice cakes served each day, as well as fruit, yogurts, hams and cheeses, different breads, eggs, bacon, mushrooms. The coffee wasn’t the best we’d had in Italy, and tasted quite bitter. However, it’s well worth a stay here just for the pool and the views!
