Ruhiges und freundliches Hotel Lage wenige Meter vom Markusplatz

Wir hatten für 2 Personen ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht und hatten genügend Platz. Man konnte sich selbst auf dem Zimmer einen Tee oder ( Instant) Kaffee zubereiten und wurde auch mit einer Flaache Prosecco und Petit Four empfangen. Sehr freundliches Personal, das gute Tips gibt.

Für Gehbehinderte wegen der Treppen nicht so geeignet. Es gibt kein kleines Frühstück mehr für alle Gäste, sondern wer möchte, kann sich eines bestellen. Wir haben außerhalb gefrühstückt.

Inmejorable ubicación

La ubicación: El hotel está en el corazón de Venecia, a pocos metros de la Plaza San Marco. El personal del Hotel: Fue destacable la contención y apoyo que recibió mi esposa por parte del personal de recepción (ella fue quien se hospedó en el hotel) cuando desafortunadamente sufrió el robo de su pasaporte y dinero mientras viajaba en el vaporetto.

Small (not too small though) and super clean and awesome location.

Experience of an authentic Venetian boutique hotel in an ideal location between San Marco square and Rialto.

The initial steps to the lobby. The ground floor is just an entry so heavy bags will take some work to maneuver but fear not the host will offer help to carry bags for you!

Voi începe cu Dl. Receptioner "Vito", - profesionist/zâmbitor/amabil/darnic în informații utile atât pentru ce vrei sa vizitezi sau ar fi bine să vizitezi, cât și pentru locuri bune de servit masa. Hotelul foarte bine poziționat, lângă Piața San Marco. Camerele, dotările si facilitățile identice cu cele prezentate în aplicația Booking. Curățenia nota zece. Închei cu nota 100 pentru Dl. Vito, rar asa persoană deosebită, specială, dedicată

Brilliant location with helpful staff.

The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to get around Venice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are combortable but small. The flights of stairs make it a challenge with luggage but the staff offer to help.

The hotel is a bit tired with worn fittings and carpets. The roof terrace is just a run down area for smokers with dead plants and tatty furniture. Not a highlight.

Personal muy amable, con muy buena disposición para explicarte la ciudad y dar tips.Ubicación excelente y muy cerca de todo.El hotel tiene carácter antiguo pero todo en buen estado y cómodo.

Quizás las habitaciones podrían tener mejor aislación pero tampoco es algo tan terrible.

Idéalement situé à 2min de la place St marc Personnel attentionné et agréable Petite terrasse appréciable

L’établissement mériterait peut-être un petit coup de jeune et les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais c’est propre et fonctionnel

Very central and excellent host. Good value for money.

The location was excellent and the host very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The long stairs up and down to get to the main reception and rooms, but not the property’s fault.

Great room to recharge after walking around Venice. Located in the heart of the city.

Loved the terrace to have a drink in the evening. The people at the front desk were helpful and polite.

It was a good experience, and ideally located.

The location was ideal - very close to San Marco! There is also a nice rooftop loggia. I wish I had thought of that earlier. we could have eaten our breakfasts there every morning instead of at the bar. There was a fridge in the room. Also, the staff was very nice, and very helpful.

It would have been nice to have ice in the drinks.

it was a great place to stay. location was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful.

the young receptionist was very nice and helped us get our luggage up the stair. our room was right next to a large terrace with shade and tables so we enjoyed evening sitting there.

Great choice in Venice city center

Very friendly staff (all the suggestions for restaurants and bars were excellent) Amazing location. (Very close to everything) Terrace (relaxing small terrace where you can have your drink/coffee)

Maybe one small thing, the check out time instead of 10.30 perhaps it could be a bit later

Amazing location, but rest is slightly disappointing

I thought the location was amazing as it was right in the center of San Marco district. It was literally one minute walk to the Piazza di San Marco. For this reason it was a good place to stay. Plus, the staff was wonderfully kind and welcoming.

I thought there would an option for breakfast, but they only had a few slices of cake. Luckily around the corner there was a nice little shop. I thought the room was a bit small and I didn't have a nice view (just some abandoned little back alley), but I guess I simply paid mostly for the wonderful location close to the Piazza di San Marco. Also there was no elevator, and a bit too many stairs.

The only issue is, there’s no elevator, and it does not tell you on the Booking.com other than that it was a great hotel, very clean and friendly staff, but it has funny smell. Don’t know if it was a water outside next to the hotel.

Pleasant stay

Location is perfect, it is less then a minute walk to San Marco square. The hosts and cleaning ladies were great. The wifi is good. There is housekeeping every day, it is extremely clean.

The room and bathroom are not spacious (I have stayed in the smallest room so I guess that it is only the case with that particular room). The shower is weird becuase it either goes hot or cold water, it was really hard to set the right temperature of water, sometimes it took me few minutes to set it.
