Unbeatable appartment in the heart of Venice

Wonderful experience: spacious apartment nicely decorated and very well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us all sorts of advice and tips to stay in Venice with our 2 year old. While the apartment kept the charm of an old Venetian home, it also didn’t feel old and it was well looked after. The bathroom had been renovated and the flat was well insulated: windows and shutters completely neutralized the noise from outside. Very professionally run. We will come back!

So close to all the attractions. It would be hard to find a better location for the price.

We were given very specific instructions on how to get to the property from the airport, who would meet us, and their pnone number. Elisa gave us a great list of places to visit, how to get there, places to eat. She answered all our questions and added helpful suggestions. The location was fabulous. Just steps from St. Marks square.

Didn't realize we would have to drag our luggage up so many steps.. We knew from the online picture that there were steps but there were more than we anticipated. Not undoable; just a surprise. Beds were comfortable enough with heavy comforters. Got pretty warm under them after awhile. A top sheet would help so you have something lighter to cover with. Everything was clean except for the bathroom rug. Felt like it had sand or something when you stepped on it.

Spacious beautiful apartment few steps from San Marco square 💙

Beautiful spacious apartment few steps from San Marco square. I really liked that there was absolutely no noise. The air-conditioning worked really well at the hottest time of the year. I've been many times to Venice and I was surprised that there were no mosquitoes, probably because we could keep the windows closed at night and the room was nicely cooled. The kitchen had everything possible for cooking the dinner. Also salt, sugar, tea, welcoming biscuits and schnapps. Beds were comfy, dining area and living room cozy. There were some really nice paintings on the wall that I appreciate as an artist. In the late evening we could watch sports and different channels from on the huge TV. One essential thing for successful travelling is good WiFi and that worked perfectly! The owners Max and Elisa are very kind. One of the best apartments I've stayed in Venice - much recommended 💙

Amazing location!

Communication with Elisa was on point! When I have a question, she responds right away. During our stay, one of the AC (in the main bedroom) was not working. She told us about it before check in and had plans to get it fixed during our stay. Fortunately, there was another AC in the living room and a fan which helped a lot with the Venetian weather. Overall, we loved our stay and the location can’t be beat! Thank you Elisa for a wonderful stay!

Broken AC in the master’s bedroom but not a deal breaker since there was another AC in the living room area.

Very convenient apartment

Location is excellent! the apartment is big and have everything you need, for example washer, air conditioner. the host is very helpful. she recommend me a very good itinerary and was nice.

Fantastica esperienza

Host and staff very kind and available to help. Location just fantastic (30m from San Marco square), in the heart of Venice. Apartment is cozy, with bunch of space to relax, a big TV on the living room, well equiped kitchen, murano chandelier in almost every room, big bathroom and amazing comfortable beds. From the main bedroom window you can see San Marco square. Grazie mille por questa fantastica esperienza!

Great location!

Very clean, great communication. Excellent location!

I should have closed the shutters to lessen street sounds + bell tower the first night. Make sure you do that. This place is great - book it!

Perfect!!

The stay was amazing for us, the owner Elisa and her friend Max were very supporting. The apartment is great, location is 40 meters away from Saint Mark's Basilica. I recommend this apartment.

Centrally located gem in San Marco

The apartment was perfectly located to navigate the streets and canals with ease, less than a minute away from Piazza San Marco. It was very spacious and clean. Leopoldo was very prompt in communication and gave us very good suggestions for our stay. We hope to be back one day.. Highly recommend this apartment

30 metres from San Marco, apartment so incredible

The location for being so close to San Marco. The size was amazing, so huge and comfortable. It was good wifi, washing machine was useful. At night you could make the bedroom dark for sleeping and it was quiet. We loved the old world style. Leopoldo was an excellent host, Leopoldo answered our questions and gave us valuable suggestions. Leopoldo even went and got us some washing tablets. We would love to come again and would recommend the apartment to our family and friends.

There was nothing negative about the property.

Superb

The location was fantastic (literally a stone throw from San Marco square!) but it was out of the way enough to be mostly quiet throughout the apartment. The host was very responsive and the whole process was very easy. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for our trip. All contributed to a wonderful holiday :)
