Hôtel reposant et typique de Venise. Nous avons replongé dans la renaissance!

La proximité de la place saint - marc. Isolation des fenêtres. Personnel aimable et souriant.

Isolation des murs, chasse d’eau et douche des voisins trop bruyantes, on entend les flatulences des voisins. Pas d’ascenseur.

Absolutely worth it.

Very clean, comfortable, with great staff! A tiny room but with all the essentials and even a lovely view from the window. I would definitely stay again -- the attention to cleanliness and availability of staff (24h reception) gave me peace of mind!

The staff are friendly and helpful The place is cozy

The location is far from the ferry dropping, expect to carry your luggage for hundreds of meters. Also expect that when you arrive to the hotel you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Beware of fraudsters downstairs claiming to be working in the hotel and offering to carry your luggage. The breakfast offered is poor and limited.

Un recuerdo increible que volveremos a repetir

Ubicación excelente, a 3 minutos caminando de la Plaza San Marcos y a 4 del Puente de Rialto. La habitación con su peculiar decoración de estilo rococó chic, una autentica maravilla. Pasa una canal con todas las góndolas por tu ventana, nos paraceció MARAVILLOSO.

A szállás frekventált helyen található. Könnyen elérhető minden fontosabb látnivaló. A szoba lényegesen kisebb, mint amilyennek képeken tűnik, de tiszta, igényes, korrekt. A reggeli bőséges.

Perfect location

Perfect location, very nice and helpful receptionist from Moldavia, room with “climate”, close from ferry, few minutes from Piazza San Marco. Michelin awarded restaurant nearby.

I would have no issue in recommending hotel other than there was no lift

The room was so cool great air conditioning room was authentic Venetian with modern touch very clean and staff very friendly and helpful only thing is they don’t have a lift you have to walk up a lot and I mean a lot of stairs

Charming family run hotel with amazing staff, in the heart of Venice.

The hotel is located behind St Mark’s Square and 5 minutes away from Rialto Bridge. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean. There is always someone at the reception. There is no lift, so be ready to walk up few floors to reach your room. Everyone is extremely helpful, especially Olga, who will always greet you with a smile and offer her expertise.

Location is very convenient for Piazza San Marco.

It's tricky to find in the maze of streets, but that's fine because it's the best way to really experience historical Venice.

Great location, convenient to all the hot spots. Rooms were nice, on the small side, but fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

No elevator and because we arrived late the bellman was not available. 4th floor, carrying luggage was a challenge, just beware.

Good choice in an excellent location!

The location was excellent and the staff very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had great mattress and pillow. Also, the breakfast was excellent!

Quite expensive. The canal view was from a window at the third floor. A remark for the city of Venice, not the hotel… they ask for city tax, but the city is very dirty,no respect for the visitors.

Good location but outdated rooms.

Location was good right in the centre of Venice, simple but good breakfast.

the smell of humidity in the room as soon as you walk in, no lifts to 3rd floor, no restaurant or bar in the hotel, no heating I was freezing cold at night, had to sleep with my pyjamas and socks on and 2 duvets, pricey room.
