Mooi en goed hotel

-Fijne geurtjes in het hotel en alles heel netjes -Grote ruime kamers met uitstekende bedden -vriendelijk personeel -makkelijke check in en out

Zo goed als niets , je kan altijd wel over iets zagen maar we hadden geen grote opmerkingen

Kalite konfor hepsi İnter Continental Brselona'da

Resepsiyonda Louıs bey çok iyi harıka bilgiliydi.Türkçe birkaç kelime biliyordu bizi çok sevindirdi.Barselonadaki tek iyi kişiydi.Herkese tavsiye edeceğm.Otle harıyadı ,yemekler temizlik superdı.Tekrar geleceğim.Eşim ve çocuklarımla.

Séjour parfait

Cet hôtel est magnifique. Idéalement situé. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, ils sont bienveillants avec les enfants. Le SPA est superbe, le "familiy SPA" est une idée excellente. Le roof top est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable.

El hall, molt la zona de cocktails, el restaurant, que hagi diferents espais depenent del moment i estat en el que vulguis estar i que té també gym i spa ah i la terrassa amb piscina. Es a dir, molt molt valorable que té de tot. I la música en directe al cocktail bar.

Le cadre dans sa globalité

Le personnel au niveau du Rooftop lors de la réservation d'une table. La personne qui nous a accueille voulait nous placer sur une table de 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3 et avions réservé une table pour 3. Un table réservé était pourtant disponible... Le problème s'est réglé mais avec une certaine animosité.

Completely new, very nice hotel. To bad foor the staff.

You wait at the bar 15 minutes for someone to take your order. When you want to get the check, you must go and ask for it, because no one bothers. Concierge is practically not existent. They wrote me on whatsapp, that they can book the tickets, no problem. I confirmed. The next day they told us it is not possible. After a fast google search, we found guided tour in English! Horror Staff, only front desk was nice and also cleaning.

It is an OK hotel but nothing to dream about.

Nice hotel overall, but the only reason why we booked it was the spa. I had discussed this at lenght with them before booking, and they didn't notify me that the spa was closed during my visit. I would've expected to be contacted and informed, since it was the only reason for my stay.

Perfect oasis after a busy days work

The staff were welcoming and efficient, realised immediately that we had not been allocated our requested twin room and changed our room at check in. Hotel elegant , relaxing and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful , and good.

Great stay with 2 kids!

Huge room! We stayed with 2 kids (6 and 3 y.o). Amazing terrace with a pool (not too warm though). Great breakfast! Nice location! Very pleasant stuff! Very good soaps and shampoos in the bathroom!

If I’m picky then I would say the bathroom would need some renovation on the walls and the water in the bathtub was not warm enough.

This is the right hotel.

You can not find more perfect stay as it is in hotel InterContinental Barcelona. Very good breakfast, quiet rooms, clean, kind receprion people, veryone was super.

Only the place for breakfast was very cold.I got ill.

Great if it was cheaper!

Great service and clean room except for the room window.

Overall, it is a great hotel. I would not book a castle view rooms as it is a bit misleading - you can see a bit of the castle but not worth to pay extra for this.

Absolutely everything! Quite possibly the best all-rounder of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were exceptional, truly! Every one was superb

The heat lamp above the food lids at breakfast. Burnt my hand badly, blistered and still have the scar.

We will never forget this wonderful hotel and can't wait to visit again

The hotel is sleek, modern, luxurious, relaxed and very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - huge variety of food and attentive staff. Club Lounge is brilliant and well worth getting. The spa is probably the best spa in Barcelona. The staff were generally all amazing but particular thank you to Martina at reception desk who sorted out an issue for us with great care and empathy - thanks Martina, we won't forget it!
