L’albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla vicino arco di trionfo, pulito, profumato dappertutto (era una buona sorpresa per me), staff gentile. Il terrazzo bellissimo con piscina, c’è anche la sauna e la palestra. Mi è piaciuto tutto)) unica cosa io metterei anche le ciabatte in ogni stanza perché camminare d’inverno senza non è un massimo tutto il resto 👍🏼

Non c’erano le ciabatte e spazzola per pulire wc 😄

En Barcelona será siempre mi hotel.

La comodidad, limpieza, la ropa, la atención del personal, su ubicación, el desayuno muy variado y fresco.

Nada en especial, todo cumplió con mis expectativas.

房门开关非常大声，隔应不太好。隔壁敲门会以为是敲我们房间。大床房的床垫很轻，翻身整个床垫动的很厉害，影响身边人休息。

Loved the hotel and the rooftop and in great location to get to metro and easy to get cabs

The room was well sized; it had a fridge; desk; lights on each side of bed; closet with good space in hallway; bathroom with an amazing strong shower rain head-loved that; bidet, quiet, and air conditioner. The pool upstairs on the rooftop and service up there was wonderful. Great little gym; great restaurant with great Sangria and more, We would stay here again!

The air conditioner never seemed to get as cool as we wanted at night. I have to say this seems to be the issue allover Spain and in other places we stayed, so maybe i do not fault NH Collection with this issue.

Stadthotel in ausgezeichneter Lage und einer Dachterrasse mit Pool die man gerne aufsucht

Geräumige Zimmer; freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Bars und Cafes gleich um die Ecke, einige schöne Plätze im Umkreis von 1,5km auch zu Fuss zu erreichen; Metro und Busse in der Nähe bzw. am Arc de Triomfe (ca. 300m); Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool bei Temparaturen von über 35° eine willkommene Abwechslung

Mehrere Gäste hatten mit Ihren Laptops Probleme mit WiFi. Dies liegt nicht am Hotel sondern am Provider an sich. Wer einen zB Firmenlaptop mit höheren Firewallstandards hat bekommt keine Internetverbindung. Über Handy geht das dann alles problemlos. Ist an sich kein großes Thema aber ein NH Hotel in dieser Preisklasse sollte solche Themen im Griff haben. An der Rezeption wurde sofort ein Telefonat mit dem Provider möglich gemacht. Somit wurde also alles getan was kurzfristig möglich war.

Magnifique séjour en famille au centre de Barcelone

Notre séjour a été agréable grâce à plusieurs aspects de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec un accès facile aux attractions locales (en plein centre de Barcelone). De plus, les installations de l'hôtel étaient propres et bien entretenues, offrant un environnement confortable pour notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est un régal, les enfants sont bien accueilli, ils ont pu faire de cookies et le chef à cuit leurs cookies pendant qu'on mangeait.

La parking est bon, mais un peu séré et il manque une borne électrique.

gute zentrale Lage und schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool.

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße, welche leider etwas laut war, ebenfalls sehr störend die Hellhörigkeit zum Treppenhaus und Flurbereich.

Not my hotel.

Location is fine. Close to metros and walkable distance to get some food and shopping done. But I don't think that value for money is there.

Normally, I search for the hotels carefully and but this hotel and I couldn't get along. 1. I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights (3 adults + 2 kids under 5 years old). So it cost me around €3,0000 and because of the bug on booking site (which has been acknowledged and sorted with me like in 2 minutes with booking representative later on), the 2 ladies on the counter were trying to tell me that I still have to pay for 1 adult additionally for the breakfast. City tax was shown for 3 people, but breakfast for 2. Obviously, something was off, but when I showed them how the booking is done, that I can only select room for 2 people etc, they simply wouldn't listen and they would argue for 20+ minutes. I was standing there with small kids waiting for them to hear my point. But in all fairness, spending good amount of money and having argument about the breakfast it was beyond my understanding. Again, more kudos to booking.com they got that fixed. 2. The actual breakfast. Value for money is not there. Like it is mainly pastries, salads, ham - but in terms of hot food, you would have only omelette / fried oily eggs. So the whole saga because of the breakfast that I had in #1 was completely useless at the end. If you are on the business trip, to have a sandwich, coffee and some fruits it will do the job, but with family - I would recommend to have it elsewhere, there are a enough places around where you can experience a better breakfast. 3. Colonnes (construction ones) close to the rooms - so you have to be careful while turning around. I injured my head when closing the door of the room. I was in the rush, normally you would expect an obvious obstacle when your turn your around, and literally met the colonne with my forehead. That moment I decided to write a review, that if next time people at the check-in/out counter will be more cooperative, you still have to be slow and careful how you exit the rooms.

Perfekte Lage, ruhig und nur 3 Minuten zur Metro, guter Pool und ca 30 Liegen vorhanden, super Matratzen, leckeres umfangreiches Frühstück

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Abendspeisekarte bot nur wenige Gerichte an, haben 2x dort gegessen, war sehr lecker

Perfect. Breakfast great, lots of choice. Clean. Friendly staff.

It was a luxurious feel as soon as you stepped into the foyer. The location was perfect for seeing all of Barcelona's amazing architecture, lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. The restaurant in the hotel was also very good, as was the rooftop bar for a delicious cocktail, and if you wanted a swim :) It was a nice surprise, as I was expecting this to be closed as not quite summer. I must not forget to give the breakfast a mention. It was delicious, lots of choice to suit everyone. Staff lovely and friendly. Great start to the day.

The only tiny criticism I have is the glazing in our room could have been better. There is a lot of noise from outside late at night that can be heard with the balcony doors closed. It would also have been nice to have a little bistro style table and chairs on the balcony.

Unpleasant experience

Location is great, near to center.

The room was not clean . There was mold next to vantilation system, and we managed to get another room. However, the day before we checked out, we discovered cockroaches at the toilet. We took the vedio and complained, and we managed to ge half price refunded. It was an unpleasant experience:(.
