De luxe, tot i que...

Les magnífiques vistes des de l'especial i espaiosa suite del rellotge a l'av. Maria Cristina, incloses les torres que en custodien l'entrada i el MNAC, a la nit, rematades per la lluna que acabava de ser plena. La còmoda piscina de la terrassa de l'edifici, visualment molt harmònica, dissenyada d'arran de terra en avall, molt ben pensada per baixar-hi i pujar-ne per l' escala podent mantenir, en tot moment, els braços per sobre de l'alçada del cap, si això és còmode per a l'usuària (com és el cas) i les tovalloles amb color diferenciat respecte a les de l'habitació disponibles a l'entrada al recinte. Per a qui li interessi, hi ha un bar , de l'amplada de la piscina, amb un mirall igual d'ample , on s'hi reflecteixen les vistes descrites anteriorment des de la suite, però des de la perspectiva d'una 8a planta a l'aire lliure. Hi ha vigilància privada.

Que fins que no està tancada la reserva no queda clar que l'esmorzar no va inclòs en el preu , ni el preu de l'esmorzar. Això contribueix a accentuar la malfiança, per si continua l'ambigüitat, sobre si una aigua i els articles associats a bullidor/ cafetera són una gentilesa de l'hotel O també subjectes a pagament, com l'esmorzar. Que algunes persones usuàries de la piscina deixen deixalles per terra, malgrat la proximitat de petites tauletes auxiliars a cada hamaca, malgrat la vigilància privada. La massificació de la piscina en hores de molta insolació.

Our first time visiting Barcelona, and the location was perfect! Everything we could have wanted was a stone throw away. We had a good choice of places to eat, metro station is directly outside the hotel and took us around 5-10 to get into the city centre. For us, it was a win win.

During our 4 day stay, our room was cleaned twice and the days it was cleaned, it wasn’t throughly cleaned. It was obvious the room wasn’t dusted.

Ogromny hol i brak problemu ze znal zieniem miejsca na sniadania,basen i bar na dachu .

Great location for a weekend in Barcelona, would definitely stay there again.

Amazing central location for visiting Barcelona for a weekend, the best transport links and beautiful walking options immediately outside. Hotel is nicely decorated and bar was good. Staff met every need I requested and we're friendly. As a female solo traveller I felt completely safe and comfortable. Hotel mostly clean and beds gave me a great night's sleep. I viewed a room on the 5th floor with a shower that had been modernised and it was good but I selected an unrenovated room with a bath instead, view into the courtyard wasn't good but didn't matter to me anyway. Pool is beautiful with great views and gym is decently equipped. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family without doubts and stay there again if I was in Barcelona.

It was a shame that the rooms that have been renovated and updated don't have baths, shower only. Pool wasn't heated so it was so so cold for me! The towel I'd used on the floor and dropped into the bath was hung back up again, instead of being replaced, like the card said it should have been. Tea and coffee and mini bar wasn't refilled each day.

Ihr Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption der am 29.03.2024 die Nachtschicht hatte, ein junger Kerl der uns um ca. 2 Uhr nachts empfangen hat, Dem sollten Sie loben, sehr freundlich,sympathisch wirklich klasse eine Beförderung wäre Extrems gerechtfertigt. Vielen dank nochmal für denn Empfang.

Das frühstücken ist etwas zu teuer, für das was man bekommt.

O hotel é lindo , bem localizado e café maravilhoso !

A recepcionista Anastácia foi muito mal educada, rude. Cobraram no meu cartão sendo que paguei em dinheiro . Estornaram o valor , mas não gostaram quando questionei o ocorrido .

Hotel kiváló, központi helyen

A hotel kiváló, központi helyen található, tömegközlekedés és taxizás szempontjából is remek helyen. A kilátás a tető teraszról a Plaza Espanya-ra gyönyörű. A reggeli választékos, nagyon finom (még a narancslé is frissen facsart). A wifi jel megfelelő. A szoba tiszta, az ágy kényelmes.

Három ágyas szobát kértünk, de a harmadik ágy egy kis pótágy volt csak, és három főre kicsi volt a szoba. A fürdőszobában nem volt wc-kefe. A bejárati ajtót pedig nem lehetett belülről rendesen bezárni.

Not to repeat hotel experience

Location

It was over advertised for what it's interm of value and facilities. The rooms were shaking most of the time because of the underground metro line. You could feel the vibration and sound. There is no complementary water or coffee in the room, which is basic in most 3-4 star hotels.

Swimming pool on the roof is a massive bonus, bar up there too, very handy for Barcelona games whilst they're at the Olympic Stadium.

Location easy to access everywhere

The room on the 1st floor doesnt have plugs and they not informed me! And receptionist on that day they told that if we extend our staying the next day will be free of charge on the breakfas, thats why the staff on the breakfast reastaurant is not friendly they embarass us in frint of the other guests! she has a descrimination to Filipino people!

No facial tissues in room, just toilet paper in bathroom. No Kleenex in bathroom either; room service delivered pizza without any napkins or silverware… so we used toilet paper for napkins! Room phone couldn’t reach front desk or room service. We had to literally take elevator to front reception to place room service order! Unacceptable.

Arriving late on august 6th, 22:00 I was sent back because no room available. Going outside and checking booking.com I could make a reservation and went back to the guy at the reception, he said this a dirty room and will not give it you and I had just paid 329 euros, he was impolite and I asked him this room because I wanted just a bed to sleep as I was tired from flying

One of my best experience by far

Everything was amazing, next year I will go back for sure. The breakfast was amazing, the service was 11/10, people were soooo nice, everyone made my vacation much better since I was alone there. Also no words about the pool and the view, I couldn't leave the hotel
