Great stay and great hosts

Great location. Lovely hotel. Room comfortable and very clean. Breakfast excellent. Hosts very friendly. Yvette doesn’t need to get stressed at breakfast, she is doing an excellent job, thank you very much.

Atlanta Hotel's perfect hosts

Mark and Yvette were very welcoming. I was given a map of Eastbourne wirh highlighted route into town centre. When they realised I'd come to watch the tennis, myself and other guests also wanting to watch the tennis were given a sheet showing the order of play, which had been revised due to bad weather earlier in the week. They also offered advice on location of local amenities and places of interest. Breakfasts were excellent too - eating overlooking the sea. My room was beautifully furnished and well maintained - Mark and Yvette were also keen to promote an environmentally friendly attitude, with recycling waste bins and no single use plastic, etc.

There was nothing not to like.

Seafront guest house with every comfort

Although the room did not have a fridge you could take small bottles of fresh milk up there, which is so much nicer than the usual sachets. The breakfast was brought to your table and was excellent. The owners gave me a "passport" which entitled me to a 10% discount at a nearby pub where the food was delicious.

The TV was very complicated to operate but the owner sorted it out for me. The plug for the kettle was in an awkward position. The room was not serviced during my stay, which I was not expecting now that COVID is over.

Best sea view I've had in a hotel and lovely room. Great breakfast.

All good but maybe would have liked a table lamp to read at night.

Yvette and Mark were very friendly, the house is spotless and our room had everything we needed. breakfast was amazing.

we were in room 8 , on the top floor, we struggled a bit with the stairs, but mark kindly helped us take our bag’s upstairs

Yvette & Mark were extremely helpful in recommending trades people, who we were able to meet during our stay and in turn will be of great help before and during our next visit. Very helpful and reasonable daily parking system too. Their recommendation for Shimla Fine Indian Dining was spot on. The food there was outstanding as was the service.

I had a wonderful time at your lovely guess house. The house was very clean, with all the amenities I needed while still being spacious enough so that i didn’t feel cramped. The location on the town area was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy the area’s scenery and explore what Eastbourne has to offer. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you

Location was on the seafront ,parking wasnt to bad for the time of year, and the hosts were fabulous and friendly, the room was nice, the breakfast was lovely on both days which set us up for the day ahead.

What a find.

The Atlanta is an amazing little hotel. The decor is very classic but modern. The rooms are beautiful, clean, fresh and a very good size. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and all cooked to order. Mark & Yvette are wonderful hosts, very friendly and extremely helpful.

There was nothing not to like about the place.

Like home away from home.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast overlooking the sea front is a must. Assistance with parking is available as a permit.

I got an extra blanket when I asked for it but I was made to feel uncomfortable asking for it

Kettle in the room was disgustingly filthy. No butter on the toast under the poached eggs. Man cooking, stroking dog then touching food without washing his hands. Bathroom extremely small. I won't stay here again..

Top B&B by the sea

The view of the seafront from the lounge is stunning. Breakfast was great. The atmosphere so cozy and welcoming. And very helpful and friendly hosts.

Great location and a great breakfast

Myself and brother stayed for two nights and mark and Yvette made us feel most welcome.and the hot breakfast was excellent as normal.and the hotel was very clean.

Could not fault anything with this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay . Highly recommended.

The property is spotlessly clean , very warm ( temperatures had plummeted during the course of my stay) & welcoming . Mark & Yvette went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Breakfasts were beautifully cooked & prompt.

For those who don’t like walking it is a bit of a distance to the railway station though I , personally didn’t have an issue with that. Mark readily recommended contact details of a reliable taxi service.
