Staff numeroso, gentilissimo e professionale con grande attenzione alle necessità del cliente. Colazione a buffet di alta qualità con grande scelta di dolce e salato. Camera ampia con vista, pulita e letto comodissimo.

Accesso un po’ troppo limitato alla piscina coperta 12:00/17:00

Un très agréable séjour, je recommande

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Medina Bélisaire and Thalasso. Nous remercions fortement tout les services de l'hôtel : la réception et particulièrement Oumayma, le service ménage et particulièrement Oudha, le personnel Thalasso (Sana et son équipe), l'équipe restauration pour leurs gentillesses, leurs patiences, très serviables et à l'écoute du client et l'équipe animation de Framissima qui a été tout au long de notre sejour d'une grande amabilité (Merci à Hamdi, Shan, Rihab, Eya, Nino, Jumbo, ainsi que Soraya et Majed). L'hôtel dispose de tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour, chambres tres propres, hôtel très animé et aussi reposant, nourriture très diverses et de qualité, hôtel ayant des valeurs environnementales (produit locaux, campagne contre le gaspillage alimentaire...) et faisant preuve d'une équité loyale envers ses clients. Je recommande vivement et à 100% cet établissement.

Le seul point négatif est pour moi la connexion Wi-Fi de l'hôtel étant faible dans les chambres.

La gentillesse extrême du personnel et sa serviabilité.

Hôtel vieillissant qui nécessite un bon coup de neuf. Aire de jeux, mini golf complètement abandonnés. Buffet mal géré et de piètre qualité. Beaucoup d’attente.

Eine erfreuliche Woche!

Essen recht variabel und gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Ruhiger Strand, wenig Belästigung durch respektvolle "Strandverkäufer". 20 Min. Fussmarsch bis zur "Touristen-Medina" und lokalen Cafés und Geschäften. Angenehmer Mix von Hotelgästen: Viele Einheimische und Maghrebiner, etwelche Franzosen, wenige Deutsche und Schweizer, quasi keine Touristen aus Osteuropa oder Asien.

Die asphaltierte Strasse zum Strand war recht schmutzig und lag an der prallen Sonne. Strand war mit Plastikteilen und je nach Strömung mit Quallen übersät. An Baden war also zeitweise nicht zu denken! Strandbar hatte ein Minimum an Getränken. Wifi im Hotel und Umgebung eher ungenügend. Der Balkon war zu klein, kein Platz für Liegestühle.

Bon séjour honoré par un personnel charmant respectueux et serviable

Le personnels du restaurant sont des vrais professionnels surtout leur maître c'est un grand homme c'était un formateur. Se sont les staffs de l'hôtel qui ont fait de cet établissement un hôtel digne de 4 étoiles car sont infrastructures et son équipement sont à critiquer. Bravo à ce personnel souriant et serviable espérons bien que le directeur de l'hôtel compensera leur effort par des primes d'encouragement et des salaires à la hauteur,oui ils les méritent

Le parking catastrophique, il est très restreint et n'est pas couvert il y'a qq arbustes et les voitures sont exposées en plein soleil. La femme de ménage qui s'occupe du bloc ou se trouve ma chambre n 436 j'ai réclamer plusieurs fois que nous sommes 4 adultes mais elle ne nous sert qu un cap de bain et 4 serviettes et elle ne comble jamais les produits de toilette manquants .le réseau Wi-Fi est très faible avec parfois des coupures

Très belle expérience à renouveler

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus reposants à l’hôtel Médina Belisair et Thalasso. Tout est prévu pour qu’on s’y sente bien et en sécurité. Le personnel d’une gentillesse inégalée se dépasse pour que chaque client se sente unique. Yacine au bar, Nader au restaurant et Hafedh le maître d’hôtel ont pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour avec des attentions personnalisées qui nous ont beaucoup touchées. L’équipe d’animation a toujours le sourire et nous fait nous sentir à l’aise. La nourriture du buffet à volonté est excellente. Nous avons tellement bien mangé que nous en avons délaissé les restaurants de Hammamet! Enfin, l’équipe d’entretien fait un travail exceptionnel pour que l’hôtel soit nickel en terme d’hygiène. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours avec précision, tout comme les parties communes et les jardins. Merci à tous pour avoir fait de nos vacances en Tunisie un moment hors du temps.

L’accueil était chaleureux avec un personnel au petit soin et bienveillant. Un grand merci à Nizar MHEDRI qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire 😊 Très bon hôtel, propre, bien situé avec un restaurant impeccable, beaucoup de choix tout comme pour les activités avec le chef d’animation MAJDI. A lot of room for improvement

Taking into account how big the hotel is the buffet is good as there is a big variety of food and its well presented and good quality. The room was spacious and clean.

People wake up early and the first thing they do is to save a sun longer by placing a towel on it. Then they go and leave the lounger unoccupied. So, sometimes it can be difficult to find one when the majority of them are empty but being "saved" for later. There was a toilet leak that we mentioned at reception and it was not fixed, so we had a puddle of water in the toilet all the time. On our last day we decided to have a la carte lunch. The quality of the food was awful and they took an hour and a half to serve a dish of pasta and a dish of lamb cutlet. . We had to cancel one dish as we were in a rush to go to the airport. The waiter wasn't happy with us about the cancellation and showed no empathu that we had been waiting for an hour and a half to be served. To top it up, when we paid the bill they didn't bring us the change. And we had to ask for it, which was really embarrassing. The waiter said he didn't give us the change because he didn't have any change at all so he decided to take all the money and that was it for him

Exceptional

The staff was incredibly nice and doing their jobs in a great way, the all inclusive package contained more than I expected, the room was perfectly clean, the entertainment great both on the beach and the pool, the hotel smelled great! Also the spa I can say all the best things. All in all, I am more than satisfied and would come back gladly as I would warmly reccomend this hotel!

one of the most surprising yet memorable stays for us yet.

The facilities, the variety of food and especially how nice the food was. We were definitely surprised about the food, the selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner was just truly great. The location is great as there are many things around. The sizing of the rooms were great and clean. the staff were incredible. we can’t even explain how nice and helpful they were! The staff had made this trip one of the best trips we had yet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, can’t thank the place enough foaming this trip great.

receptionist Nour really made our stay perfect

the staff were very nice. particularly there was a receptionist called Noura who was incredibly nice and gave us a very good room and was always making sure that we enjoy our stay.

the food was super delicious and quantity was very good. but some of the other guests at the hotel kind of got too excited about the food and took much more than they could ever eat. so it resulted into a lot of food waist. more supervision on the food serving could help this issue be resolved

Good one.

overall this hotel is pretty nice, staff friendly, large pool and very clean. The beach is one street away so if you don’t mind walking five minutes you’ll be happy👍🏼. The air conditioner is working very well.

my only regrets it’s about the restaurant, it’s not like a self service where you can pick up what you want in this hotel you will have to wait in lines for every food you like pretty difficult when you have kids.
