Sakin bir tatil, iyi yemekler ve ilglili personel için güzel bir seçim.

Çalışanlar sonderece ilgili ve cana yakındı. İlk günden beri bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Güler yüzlü ve bizlere değer verdiklerini hissettim. Yemekler çeşidi beklenmtimizi karşıladı. Lezzetlerini beğendik. Oda temizliğini beğendik.

İçkiler çok kötü ve yetersiz. Gerçek marka hiç bir içki yok. Olan içkiler içlecek seviyede değil. Akşam animasyon ekibi çok küçük ve aynı gösteriyi 3 günde sonra tekrarlıyorlar. Akşam eğlenecek bir yer değil. Otel dışında gezecek bir yer yok. Otel dışı aktiviter için bilgilendirme sunulmuyor. Belli gün sonrasında aynı şeyler can sıkıcı oluyor.

Eccezionale vacanza fuori stagione

È stato un bellissimo soggiorno, ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza del personale e la qualità elevata del buffet. Non mi aspettavo di mangiare così bene in un hotel, ogni giorno cambiava l’offerta e c’era moltissima varietà. Consiglio agli amanti della cucina speziata il corner tunisino perché era davvero eccezionale. Ho trovato magnifica la hall dell’hotel, è tutta in marmo e molto moderna, atmosfera veramente piacevole. Credo che un punto di forza dell’hotel sia sicuramente la parte esterna, ci sono due grandi piscine ed un ingresso diretto sul mare con una spiaggia bianca morbidissima! Consiglio l’hotel e ci ritornerei!

Le camere sono un po’ vecchio stile per essere un 5 stelle, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi.

Très bien hors repas.

Le cadre parfait.

mais les repas très médiocres: Dress code non respecté. Très bruyant. Chariots pour débarrasser les tables pendant le service!!! Gens qui se servent avec les doigts. Celà a été signalé pendant le séjour: rien n'a été fait .

Grain coffee included: in the bar, in the restaurant, in the room there was a coffee maker too (capsule). Better than other 5 starts in Tunis where you hardly can get a soluble nescafe for free (which is not at all a coffee). Spacious room. Nice pools. Super friendly staff. Decent food. All I really need was included unlike more other hotels were "all inclusive" basically means "take your money when you're off your room - and in your room too" - here you need just a keycard getting out ;)

The swimming area in the beach could be longer. The shortest comparing to neighbors, hard to swim in the sea, though the seawater pool is great. The towels are available from 10 and before 17 - fortunately you can ask the staff and get it earlier, but if you want to swim in the morning, get your own towel or keep from yesterday. I;d recommend to shift to 8am - many people are coming to the pool/beach at this time, from my experience.

Everything you want from a holiday,I really couldn’t ask for more

The Grandness of the hotel,stunning chandeliers,the lifts ,the overwhelming space decorated beautifully throughout,immaculately clean,the stunning reception,and the general layout of the entire hotel … fabulous spa, Amazing staff that bend over backwards to make your stay very special, from everybody at the reception, the dining hall(food outstanding)the wonderful bar staff,my amazing room cleaner Nazia,the animation team the pool guys really each and every person that is employed by the hotel are incredibly polite and welcoming .. I can’t wait to return in August

Buffet, room, swiming pool, seating area in the lobby...location

Some of the buffet and snack staff were rude and agressif...in the lunch buffet a bold staff serving us was very rude and agressif...while cleaning the tables next to us he was throwing dirty stuff towards us ...very unprofessional...he was taking care of the first section of the buffet area when coming from the lobby ! No tissue papers in the room Some hair in the bathtub No coffee or tea / sugar in the room

A wonderful family vacation!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional. So much variety and freshly cooked. The location was great and the facilities clean. The pool area had comfortable chairs and cushions.

Having to pay for pool towels was inconvenient especially since you couldn’t use anything but cash. There was some renovation and construction around the beach area but realize we came in low season.

Location

Washroom was full of ants, hotel was unable to change checkout date and kept me in circles until last day and yet couldn't deliver on promise of giving me a voucher or refund for one extra day. Quick at taking payment but horrible in after service. Door alarm would ring at random hours at night. Parking is not sufficient

mixed feelings

Right by the beach. Our room has a very nice view of the beach and pool. cleaning ladies are doing very good job. Low price.

Staff are generally very nice with exceptions. On the day of arrival we had lunch in their restaurant. Before we ate one staff told us it would cost 35 per person, then another staff charged us 50 per person in the end. The receptionist who checked us in had an attitude and lack of patience for explaining the general information.

very clean, comfortable bedding, good breakfast and dinner, indoor swimming pool, wifi, friendly staffs.

car parking was a problem, we have to give the guy parking tips every time. if we go out four times a day, meaning we need to give him tips eight times! the beach was in renovation.

good stay, lovely and accommodating staff. could be better.

the staff were amazing, from reception, to catering, to the cleaning staff. all were very nice and accommodating to our needs. the buffet was good, a wide variety available daily. unlimited soft drinks and shisha available too. entertainment crew were engaging and fun. good shows on, good service at bar. private beach is nice and quiet perfect for relaxing. activities available to book at the hotel.

cockroaches in the room, the room walls are very thin you can hear the cleaners in the morning and you can hear balcony doors open from the room beside and above you. the beds are very uncomfortable and pillows were uncomfortable. cleaners knock on the doors at 8am and walk in when you don’t respond, this is not their fault. this managements fault they should give the room a do not disturb sign to all rooms and give staff better training. on another occasion someone from reception came to collect a iron from our room, they didn’t call prior and they knocked once and then unlocked the room and walked in whilst I was sleeping alone in the room. this didn’t make me feel safe and it was clear the staff were roaming around in rooms when visitors were out. location is quite derelict, not much to do around the hotel. but mall of sousse is 10 mins away by taxi.

Everything - location of the hotel, room size, the attitude of the staff I interacted with, diversified and good food, the pools, the beach.
