I love this place

From start to finish, this was an incredible experience. The place is huge and beautiful with intricate designs. I was welcomed with a refreshing beverage. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was great. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who took care of me. I highly recommended the massage spa.

- le buffet le matin plutot varié - le centre de soin et la qualité des massages - propreté et taille des chambres

- hôtel dans l'ensemble ancien - beaucoup de bruit (des enfants jouant au ballon à l'intérieur) - La salle de sport est vraiment à refaire - La plage privée sans vraiment d’ambiance ou atmosphère chaleureuse - Le systeme de cle qui ne fonctionne pas bien ce qui rend difficile l'acces a la chambre

C'etait trés moyen. Au prix d'un Hyatt Regency à Nice cela ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. A eviter

Grande chambre mais je ne pense pas qu'elle faisait les 70 m2 annoncés. Le petit déjeuner pour la partie crèpes et beignets (et l'équipe qui s'en occupe). Le reste ne vaut rien et le jus d'orange n'est pas bon. Très peu de choix (pas de pomme de terre ou haricots)

Hotel viellot, aucune animation. Beaucoup de familles avec enfants. La salle de sport n'etait pas climatisée. rien dans le mini bar (a part une canette de coca) La nourriture : toujours la même chose et pas terrible pour le prix facturé (mêmes prix qu'en France). Pas de vins étrangers.

The restaurants are not that great. Very basic, and tasteless food.

Clean Friendly staff Beautiful beach Spa

Below average and overpriced food. As soon as I arrived they told me there is a dress code and I can’t have dinner at their restaurant without wearing pants, which I didn’t have because it was a hot weekend and it was not mentioned when I made the reservation. What a ridiculous rule for such bad food provided to the customers. Very high prices and the food is not worth it. A 5-star hotel should have better than this. The hotel was almost empty making the overall atmosphere very sad.

great place for a short 4/5 day stay

the hotel spa is great , lots of room , the spa pool , hamam and facilities. the rooms are spacious and clean

breakfast is great , the menu for other meals a little limited and old fashioned Hamamed is a little sad . whether it’s out of season ( early June)

Loved the rooms, the spa

The staff, the room, the spa, the service was nice and quick.

The common areas could benefit from a makeover. TV and internet connection were poor quality... you would expect better technology in a 5* hotel

All things French! Staff were amazingly charming and helpful. Rooms were extremely well appointed and comfortable.

To find a negative, i would need to nit pic. Perhaps room service menu could be more expansive and staff need to be able to communicate a little better in English.
