We booked a double room, the room was very big, very clean and they provided us with lots of toiletries which was really nice, even when we put the do not disturb sign on the door they left another bundle of toiletries outside for us. They were also doing construction work at the time of our stay and offered to upgrade us to a private bungalow free of charge.

The hotel is right on the beach.
We booked a be beach bungalow which was the most expensive room available costing over £120 per night which is expensive for koh samui.
When we arrived we were shown our bungalow, which was indeed on the beach front , however the trees in the bungalows private garden were so over grown we couldn't see the sea, which was the main reason we chose this hotel and this specific room at a premium price.
Furthermore, the picket fence was all broken with screws and nails scattered around the grass and sand.
The sun loungers were broken so were the table and chairs on the patio... rusted through.
The room itself was tired and old and extremely dusty. The lampshade at the side of the bed had an inch thick of dust. The bathroom tiles were cracked with holes in some. The grout around the toilet, sink and bath were black with mould.
The shower run luke warm then cold and water pressure was non existent.
The bed was extremely hard with springs sticking through them. There was no mattress protector and the mattress was heavily stained.
The glass patios doors were extremely dirty, the floor was unclean with spilt coffee stains from the previous guest.
After complaining that the room looks nothing like the photographs on booking .com the management agreed to trim the overgrown trees and mend the fence. However this was too little too late, it shouldn't have needed me to ask, it should have been done before we arrived.
Don't bother with breakfast, it's awful. Staff can't even boil an egg, it was given to us raw.
The description on this site says they have a restaurant... they don't. You cannot get food other than breakfast at the hotel and even that you need to tell them the night before what you want the next day. The breakfast is very limited choice , eggs or rice or noodle soup. There's always loads of flys around the breakfast food which put us off.

Great beach location
Staff very helpful
The general areas were not particularly clean, tho the bedding was OK
Not enough sunbeds and ones there had seen better days
The room was tired. We've paid much less for much better elsewhere and consequently feel this hotel doesn't offer great value

it’s a nice quite Place if u want your peace.
No motorbikes available, no effort to help. just walk down the Road 1km and ask there. first day I had no transportation, also no taxis or scootertaxis around. nearest 7/11 min 2km away. also after your stay, the provided transfers provided by the hotel are ridiculousy expensive.

Location perfect for sunsets.
When we asked for some assistance, e.g. renting a scooter, getting taxi, the staff was very helpful.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned each day.
We had to ask for the breakfast sheet everyday (list of foods for breakfast)

The staff were friendly and helpful made sure we had cold water tea and coffee every day. When it rained they brought us an umbrella.
Difficult to say , because there was nothing to complain about.

On a busy road but hotel was quiet and tranquil, no noise. Room was comfortable, Liked that we could loan DVD'S from reception. Wonderful rooftop pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to a nice beach and a variety of restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel but had a wonderful breakfast at the two sisters cafe close by. Excellent Indian restaurant also within walking distance.
Poor view from the bedroom window. Ancient coffee maker in room. Only minor niggles and didn't affect our stay.
