The room was lovely and the access to the beautiful pool was fantastic
The hotel is called Deva BEACH Resort and while there is technically a beach, it's not really swimmable. I was aware of this when booking but chose it regardless due to the closeness to the airport and because of the swim-up-to-the-room option which was really good. It's about 20 minutes to the main town centre, night spot area, so if you are into that, it's not a good choice, but if you hired one of the readily available motor scooters, then location isn't really an issue.

Purtroppo la spiaggia è poco praticabile causa bassa marea, nel compenso c è la piscina ma che personalmente non abbiamo fatto a tempo ad utilizzare.

L'hotel està prou bé, és un Resort amb accés directe a la platja, però la platja està al costat d'una marina i no és ni maca ni gaire neta. Instal·lacions correctes però sense luxes, teníem l'esmorzar inclòs i el personal era molt atent.
Teníem expectatives més altes del que vam acabar rebent. L'hotel és més sencill del que esperàvem i la il·luminació de l'habitació en general i sobretot del bany no es gaire bona. A més, ens va tocar una habitació no gaire ben ubicada dins el recinte, estàvem aprop de la carretera i se sentia el soroll dels cotxes.

Petit paraís al cantó del mar. Ens vam allotjar en una de les vil.les amb piscina, molt nova i preciosa. Les instal.lacions estan molt ben cuidades, la piscina que dona al mar es preciosa i les tumbones comodíssimes. Els cocktels a l’hora de les postes de sol super recomanables també. Molt contents d’haver-nos allotjat en aquesta joieta de resort.
Està una mica allunyat de restaurants en general però n’hi ha un d’aprop que es diu Stop Sopa boníssim

Beautifully presented gardens and pool areas. Although you couldn’t swim in the sea (very rocky sea floor and low tide), by the afternoon it was high tide and you could go round the bay by kayak. It was quiet when we stayed - very family friendly.

Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und unser Bett entwickelte Gott sei dank erst kurz vor Abreise einen unangenehmen Eigengeruch.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direkten Poolzugang und dieser kann rund um die Uhr genutzt werden. 5 min entfernt findet man einen 7Eleven, wo man sich günstig mit Getränken und Nahrung eindecken kann.
Der Strand war nicht so schön. Etwas steinig und viele Algen. Das Essen im Hotel war nicht so lecker.

1. เวลาเดินผ่านสวน มันจะรู้สึกอึมครึมไปหน่อย อยากให้ติดไฟตามทางเดินมากขึ้น
2. ในสวนมีแอ่งน้ำเล็กๆ ระวังช่วงฝนตก มียุงมาวางไข่ได้เพราะน้ำนิ่ง ไข้เลือดออกจะระบาดได้
3. ที่จอดรถน้อยไปนิด มีรถยนต์มา อาจจะไม่ค่อยสะดวก ถ้าทำที่จอดรถดีๆจะดีมาก
4. หาที่ปิดไฟในห้องไม่เจอเพราะซ่อนอยู่หลังเตียง ช่วยทำป้ายบอกรายละเอียดจะดีมาก
5. ชายหาดไม่เหมาะกับลงเล่นน้ำ หินเยอะ ถ้าจะเล่นน้ำ ควรลงสระว่ายน้ำดีที่สุด

Personalet var utroligt søde mod os. Vi havde vores baby på 10 mdr. med, og hun fik masser af opmærksomhed, vandmelon og glade smil af personalet. Vi opgraderede til et værelse med direkte adgang til poolen og det er en af de bedste beslutninger, jeg har truffet længe.
Deva’s beliggenhed er lidt langt væk fra alt. Heldigvis er taxamand Chai, som er lige overfor, utroligt sød.

Pas grand chose à voir alentour mais la jetée Mr Tu est juste a côté pour les excursions en mer

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage und tolle Zimmer. Der Strand Abschnitt ist nicht all zu groß aber man kann gut auf die Pools ausweichen. Rollervereleih nicht weit entfernt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, wenn man den Süden der Insel erkundigen möchte fährt man etwas länger.

10 godzin po upływie możliwości odwołania rezerwacji chcieliśmy ją jednak odwołać. Wysłaliśmy taką prośbę do hotelu. Hotel nie wyraził zgody na zwrot kosztów mimo, że spóźniliśmy się tylko o kilka godzin a do terminu pobytu był jeszcze prawie tydzień. Zapłaciliśmy pełną kwotę za niewykorzystaną rezerwację. Jeszcze się z czymś takim nie spotkałam.

Very well situated you can easily walk to big Buddha and wat plai laem. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. There are about 3 swimming pools but we like the most the one on the beach. Very helpful and nice staff.
We had a room with jacuzzi but unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work. (The turn on button and other buttons were missing + dirty water was coming out of the tap)

Estuvimos en una habitación gran delux. Genial,grandísima con jacuzzi en la habitación todo genial las 3 piscina estaban siempre en buenas condiciones y limpias el personal fue amable
No teníamos ascensor en el hotel la ubicación no está mal… pero para ir al aeropuerto 10 minutos centro comercial CENTRAL SAMUY 15 18 minutos aproximadamente en moto.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere and sea themed room, nicely located close to the airport, and a beautiful quiet private beach.
The sea was very unclean, so not good for swimming. The nice pool next to the beach made up for that though.

Dass die Unterkunft im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften ruhig und in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen ist.
Es fing damit an, dass unser Zimmer in dem 2. Stock war und es keine Aufzüge für Gepäck gab. Auch hat dabei niemand geholfen.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Nicht richtig und ordentlich gereinigt. Es hangen Spinnen in ihren Nestern. Überall Spinnweben. Flecken an Türen und Wänden von was auch immer.
Das Zimmer hat nach stark nach Schimmel oder einem anderen ekligen Geruch gestunken.
Flecken von Wasserschäden an den Wänden.
Die blauen Handtücher für den Strand/Pool die täglich gewechselt wurden wenn man es wollte, haben immer gestunken, waren dreckig und nass. Somit haben wir diese nie benutzt.
Das Klopapier war gefühlt aus Zuckerwatte, weil es so weich war und zum Abwischen kaum geeignet war.
Nachts schlafen war fast unmöglich, da offensichtlich sich irgendwelche Tiere unter dem Dach, also über unserer Decke eingenistet haben und es jede Nacht diese Tiergeräusche gab.
(Unser Zimmer war das letzte, somit direkt an der Außenwand)
Wir hatten keinen Balkon, wo man hätte nasse Sachen trocknen lassen können. Zudem gab es KEINE Möglichkeiten, nasse Sachen im Zimmer aufzuhängen. Total irre. Unverständlich. Keine Haken oder Ähnliches.
Wenn es geregnet hat, hat man nachts ALLES gehört. Wenn es windig wurde, hat sich gefühlt das Dach oder irgendwas anderes angehoben und beim Nachlassen extrem geknallt. Das sollte man deutlich reparieren.
Strand war okay. Jedoch konnte man dort nicht ins Meer, da es eher nach einem See oder Ähnliches ausgesehen hat.. mit sehr vielen und großen Steinen und sehr verschmutzt. Wir haben da innerhalb 8 Tagen niemanden baden sehen.
Die Willkommensgetränke waren auch eher ein Witz. Extrem viel Sirup mit wenig Wasser. Danach wurde mir fast schlecht.

I liked the thought of the small details of design of the whole place and especially in the room we got. Unfortunately I got sick but luckily I got to spend my rest time in this magnificent resort. Loved it. Thank you

Room was lovely
Staff not very happy. Restaurant on beach chaos staff didn’t know which table ordered food one couple walked out. Breakfast food not labelled so didn’t have a clue had to to do a taster course. Reception didn’t even say good bye when we checked out. We used taxis over the road to go out every evening.

The resort and location are amazing, staff are above and beyond friendly and helpful. My bed was so comfy and the room is lovely.
The only thing is the food I tried a few things and just not to a great standard for the western or Thai food would not recommend especially when you charge so much more than the great local restaurants outside of the resort whos food tastes better.

Sono anche diventato amico della manager! Che mi ha veramente aiutato tanto, visto le mie condizioni di salute precaria, per il diabete,contratto proprio qui in Thailandia 2 anni fa!!! Amen ahahahah
