Overpriced and mediocre, outdated hotel

Nothing to like …

Terrible check in procedure , they keep sending you back and forth from one counter to the other .. They make you fill up a stupid paper even though they have all the information already in the booking . The credit card machine does not work because they are too lazy to charge it. And they just prefer to be paid in cash ! Not to mention, the prices are ridiculous And Way-over priced for such a beat up on hotel . If you are local, they will always try to charge you much more than the European tourist who pay little to nothing for their stay ! It’s an unfair practice to chase locals away from the hotel . Also, the swimming pool was filthy , at the beach. The security guy is always asking the locals to go swim on the other sides, and they can’t even stand or walk there even though it’s a public beach. I found that very observant because the beach does not belong to anybody. It’s a public beach. They serving the lowest quality breakfast that you can probably find.Terrible coffe terrible food very nasty 🤮

The beach is beautiful. Quite shallow so kids can enjoy being in the water. We booked a sea view room - the view was lovely. Currency exchange next to the main reception. Shops nearby (however, the shops outside of the resort are probably cheaper). Short walk from the Médina. We arrived at the hotel a lot later than we had planned (about 1am) but we were still able to check in. We did contact them to let them know we were still on our way so they were still expecting us.

The rooms we booked had a TV in them but were told we had to pay extra to get the remote from reception and the tv channels had been locked so we were unable to change them (quite annoying considering how much we’d already payed for the room). WiFi in the sea view room didn’t work and the air con wasn’t great either. While some of the staff were really lovely and helpful (especially the lady who cleaned our room, some of the staff around the reception area and some of the security staff), some were very rude and unwelcoming. For example, breakfast in the main restaurant ends at 10am. If we were still in the restaurant at around 9.45am, some of the staff would start tapping their watches and telling us to leave. We were aware of the time and felt the rudeness was completely unnecessary. This happened with a lot of our meals.

Le restaurant le méditerranéen au port El kantoui est incroyable. L'animation était cool, hommages aux animateurs qui n'ont pas ménagés leurs montures.

Le buffet est abrutissant. On se croirait dans une cantine gêante où les clients n'ont visiblement pas mangé depuis des mois. Pauvres serveurs. La plage est belle mais il manque des transats, la faute, peut être, à notre civilisation indécente qui, réserve des transats la veille pour le lendemain (dont je fais parti).

Tout l’es équipement sont comptée en cotions (serviette, télécommande de la télé) la vue n’est pas bien vu sur le parking de l’hôtel, Burkini non acceptée à la piscine dans un pays musulmans je trouve ça terrifiant en pleins mois de ramadan c’est dommage, personnel non souriant dommage je ne recommande pas

I didn’t stay

Nothing at all! I didn’t even checked in! I got confirmation then when I arrived to hotel they refused to accept my booking & i contacted booking they wasn’t helpful as well! Overall so bad experience

The attitude of receptionists,, they was soo rude!! I was showing them my confirmation on booking, they said that we have nothing to do with booking & our hotel is currently full

Absolutely nothing

The food is horrible. The staff is not friendly (with some exceptions, the security guard are trying to help). The rooms are dirty and bad looking, no real sea view, and so on. I ran away from the hotel after seeing the room.

The food was very bland, it's a shame because real Tunisian food is really good 2 waiters asked for my Facebook, basically right after saying hello. For me that means atomicity one less star

over all the hotel is good, together with the pool area and the beach is looking very luxury.

The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, the palms, the direkt connection with the beach. The personal in the Restaurant were all nice and friendly. My Room was for the price very good with a sea view, I loved the balcony.

Although I said earlier that I want to check-in in 9 o’clock and they confirmed me this in the booking.com app, when I arrived they told me that the international checking time is 2 o’clock and earlier check-in is not possible so I had to wait for 5 hours on the reception. When finaly I received the keys, I was starving and I was thirsty, I asked where is the restaurant, I booked with all inclusive, the receptionist answered me “the all included Arm band you will receive a little bit later because we don’t have it now”, I was told to come back after 3, but the restaurant is closing at 3 o’clock and opening again 6:30 so I had to wait even more. The fridge in my room was empty, just one bottle of water inside would make every guest happier - advice for the personal.

Wonderful locattion, outdoor pool, beach, sea view. The lobby is dark and cold tho

I was there writing so I loved the view from my room. Best sunrises I’ve ever seen. The outdoor pool is amazing too!

the indoor pool, sauna and gym (equipment falls apart) are so old and dirty that they are unusable… so I used California Gym nearby where you can pay daily or buy weekly memberships.

Staff were very good. The shower was really good in the bathroom.

I liked the location and the beach everything else is pretty bad

Firstly after payment of full balance they asked for 20Tnd extra as tourist tax? Food was terrible, in fact its the same thing every day and night I suspect they reuse leftover food in later dishes, towels smell toilets were shocking. Last but not least they refuse to refund the TV remote deposit and the excuse was I didn't have the receipt. My

I didn't stay even an hour in that that hotel the reception guys were horrible to start with the rooms keys didn't work he made me go 3 times up and down and when i told them off he said come 2mrw and take refund there were cocroaches and cigrate buds every where in the room and i had to leave that hotel the next day i came back to see the manager and he promised me to refund the entire amount and asked me to come in 3 days i never got my refund and he refused to see me bleady cheaters

No service disaster rooms so unhygienic i think tge worst place i have ever seen in my life, dont ever go here

first and last time in this hotel

i didn't have my breakfast there because I left early. only the location is great, other than this nothing is nice there.

i reach 9:00 PM for check in, i got my key at 11:30 PM, we were only 5 person on the desk to take our keys, the guy who it working there was SUPER SUPER slow, and its feel like he was doing it in purpose and he is extremely rude, he was shouting every time we ask for something, in the end he gave me 1 paper to fill and he said that he don't have pen to fill ... imagine hotel without pen on the desk. No water in the room , only after 1 hour of waiting, when the wear came it was totally yellow and dirty water
