breakfast was good with decent options; I didn't try the swimming pool, but it looked clean. The room size was good.
Staff were friendly
The furniture was old, the cabinet door was broken and some of the bulbs were burned out. The room was not clean. the duvets, billows, and towels were really old (seems not replaced longtime ago).
Room services were very slow in responding to any request ( you have to call many times to get what you need)
WIFI was very slow, very poor connection , I was using my data all the time to connect to the internet
The lobby area was very hot ( almost no AC)

Modern property, very nicely presented, clean rooms, spacious and everything worked in the room. Beds comfortable, and lots of plug sockets which is really welcome in this day and age. Food eclectic but can be expected given seasonal nature of produce in Tunisia and ongoing availability issues with certain products. The Asian fusion restaurant is worth a visit! The bar had a nice atmosphere in the evenings with live music. Overall a great hotel for a couple of nights but can’t see it being a great option for longer stays / holidays.
No AC on in rooms during winter months. Had to ask to have heating turned off completely as we returned to our room one night to find the thermostat reading 30.3!! Ended up sleeping with balcony doors open both nights - the rest of the hotel was temperate with AC on in common areas so don’t understand why it was restricted in rooms. Our room faced a “mothballed” part of a neighbouring hotel which was a bit depressing. There is also a club nearby which on Saturday night was extremely loud and could be heard irrespective of whether balcony doors were open or closed. The heavy bass seemed to stop around 1am but something to be mindful of.

The property was clean, close to the beach and other amenities. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and professional.
I booked the sea view room for my sister and her husband as a thank you gift and they were given a partially sea view one. The receptionist explanation behind this was not convincing or at least professional. The description of the rooms should have been more clear/accurate on the site if that is the case. There was an option to chose a partially sea view balcony room which I did not choose.
The main parking was full and my sister and her husband had to drive all the way around the property and then climb lots of stairs at the back of the hotel and through the staff and kitchen area to get finally to their floor.
This was very upsetting especially that my sister is 5 months pregnant.
I wonder if this would have been the case if the guests where not Tunisians??
I have been to Marriott hotel in other parts of the world for business and leisure and the experience was always excellent. This time around it was disappointing unfortunately.

The hotel was clean, the food was great and the staff very smiling and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool for children was a great bonus, nice evenings with live music as well.
The view is ruined by an old and derelict building which should either be covered up or demolished, it was visible from the room and the pool and was disturbing.
Members of the staff don’t speak French so I had to translate to my friends whenever they ordered something. This affected service at times.
The access to the beach is a bad side because one has to cross the street. We didn’t go to the beach as a result.
Also, the separate pool for adults enjoyed the entertainment but not the children’s pool, one felt a bit isolated.

we stay there on June and the ac didn't work, when we ask they told us that maybe it will fix next week. The staff very kind.the breakfast was satisfactory with a wide variety.
the Ac didn't work, they said they would fix it next week. when we go to our rooms, the fridge in one room was not working, we speak about it to the reception and they told us that they would fix it right away. they did fix the fridge but of the room that didn't have a problem. they changed the good fridge and even with the things we had inside. the staff was very helpful, they gave us juices as a gift because of the mistake but in a hotel of this class such mistakes are not allowed. finally on the second day someone suddenly went to enter the room we still don't know if it was a stranger or a staff member.despite everything that happened the staff was very kind and the manager very helpful.

Meets the standards of a Marriott! Comfortable rooms, clean, excellent dining options, good staff. I would only alert travellers that the location is away from the center of Tunis so you would need a car/taxi to get around.

Good location by the beach.
Terrible experience. They said A/Cs are not working in all Sousse due to government restrictions but when I call saying that it was too warm to sleep they didn't even offer a fan. They told me just open your windows even when there are bright lights turned on all night on the balcony. Also got a room that had a door separating me from the next room and the people there were discussing very loudly and I could hear everything. So no privacy for them and a bad experience for me as they went on and on for a long time. Room are outdated and the lower level of the pool kinda abandoned and no service around there. Definitively not a 5 start experience when you can't event sleep because how warm it is and no fan or alternative provided. Mediocre breakfast.

it was so modern, and absolutely stunning!! the lobby area always smelt so good and was always kept clean. the majority of the staff were EXTREMELY nice, especially the security at the gate - they would go above and beyond for you.
the apps on the tv do not work. no Netflix, no YouTube & even when you try to go on via the web browser it still doesn’t work. also, the cleaners came to do the room & did everything apart from the bath tub which was quite strange. some of the staff acted inpatient or annoyed when being asked for help. lastly if you want food order an hour before you get hungry, they take 10 years to get the food out to you.

Welcoming and helpful staff! Even the lovely scent in the lobby and public areas is inviting and relaxing. The room is spacious and clean. love the modern furnishings. The balcony is great to listen and watch the waves. Food was excellent!
