Friendly staff. Tidy and clean rooms. Bigger and nicer than expected.
A little difficult to park outside to offload bags etc.
3.3
location, staff, room, price.... all fantastic.
Not really a thing I didn't like, but this place is light on facilities, but that's ok, I didn't need anything more, all that I needed was there, and I knew that, so it's all good.

Location was great
Apartment was right next to the lift, kept us awake all night, no power points next to the bed?! Just sealed up units where the power points used to be! Open the cupboard door in the bedroom, it automatically opens a drawer and jams the bedroom door so you can’t get out. I’m sure it was a nice place once, but not now. We went and stayed somewhere else and didn’t stay for our second night

Great location. Stunning water and city views. Nice studio layout. Warm. Good shower pressure and hot water.
Dirty and shabby. Plates and utensils in the kitchen had been used for something greasy and just put back in the cabinet / drawer dirty. We asked everyday for housekeeping but never got it.

Location is right in town. Good having seperate bedroom and living space. For the price it was good but has room for improvement
Room was clean however there was mold round the bottom silicone seals of the shower and silicone around the hand basin.
Hotel parking ($35per night) was off site (a block away) very steep and hard to get in and out of. It also smelt very damp and musky, would park on alternate parking if to book again.
Not many amenities but didn’t matter to me

Close your town
Hot water wasn’t hot.

AWEsome shower

Very little natural light.
Bed not warm enough

Great location, very spacious
Hot water didn’t work on the first night but was ok for the next night, shower pressure was average but I would still stay here again

Very Central to everything!! Good sized rooms, everything was tidy, daily room service if you wanted it. Heaters in the rooms plus extra bedding if needed. Staff were lovely. Nothing flash but does the job for a few nights. Definitely great value for money
A bit run down and the nose of the fan in the bathroom was so loud, a hole directly out of the bathroom.

My stay at the Mercure Hotel in Wellington over the Easter period was an absolute delight. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy exploration of the city, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The room exceeded my expectations, offering comfort and luxury that enhanced my holiday experience. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the attentive service, was tailored to ensure a memorable stay. It was truly a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for more from my Easter getaway.
Reflecting on my recent stay at the Mercure Hotel in Wellington, it's remarkable to find that there wasn't a single aspect that fell short of my expectations. From the seamless check-in process to the impeccable cleanliness of the room, every element contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

That it is in the city centre.
Expected from being in the middle of the city, the noise at night :( Not their fault

Bon emplacement , bonne infrastructure de l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique

Très bien situé
4 étoiles il y a 30 ans, mais pas aujourd'hui. L'ensemble est vieillissant, mais reste confortable.

The location is great, so close to everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We got a early check in and a late check out! You can’t as for more and everything done with a smile.
Will definitely recommend this place!💯

Good location
The room was cold

Location
Ability to drop bags & go off until ch cm in.
Staff super helpful
The area was quite rough with people sleeping rough in adjacent streets, it smelled of urine & we were pestered by beggars.

The location was good
Got woken up both nights early cause of the noise from the work site and my key card never worked so had to always go to the reception to get them to unlock my room

Location, staff and clean rooms.
The heaters were all on timers and the apt was very cold. We went down to reception and got more heaters, but same issue. Heaters all turned off at night and it was very cold. The bedding was not winter weigh, I woke up freezing and ended up putting my coat on the bed!
3.3
The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The location to the CBD.
Flaky paint , worn carpet, bathroom layout.
3.3
Friendly and helpful reception staff and location
The bathroom was not clean, there was long hair on the floor obviously left from previous guests. There is a building next door with scaffolding and plastic sheeting which made alot of noise due to the windy conditions. Very tired and dated rooms which will be looking forward to an upgrade. Just dont think it was worth the nightly charge.
3.3
Central location, available at short notice
Was quite dated - a little rough round the edges

The hotels location is great so handy to all the attractions I was interested in visiting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Security was also good Front door locked I think 7pm?? And needed to use key card for the lifts to work.
I was up on the 16th floor and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that came from somewhere else in hotel.

Location
Many works around the hotel (inside and out)

Within walking distance to the city, harbour, and restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff were great and friendly.
The late night noise from downstairs as there are a few bars.
3.3
close to town & nice space
no windows so very hard to judge time, and personally I like having windows to allow fresh air flow within the room.
3.3
location
very dated and dirty
3.3
cheap and cheerful
woken up at crack of dawn on a Sunday morning by a helicopter dropping in building materials!
3.3
Great location, spacious, quiet and comfortable. It's an older hotel and showing its age in places, but given the rates it's pretty good value for money. The availability of free Netflix services is great.
The room windows would benefit greatly from an external clean, to improve the look-out over the harbour/city.

The woman on reception was fantastic. She helped me with connecting my iPad to internet when I had issues and enquired about my stay and followed up asking how I enjoyed the food show etc. the suite was good. Would have been good to have a knife and fork available to eat my takeaway Chinese but I made do with a teaspoon 😂. The bathroom was clean however, there was some hair near the shower. I’m not fussy and in my younger years was a house maid so I understand sometimes things get missed. Just a last minute double check on the room would solve it.
As aforementioned. On the whole great value for money and location 👍
